Ussing constanty it is equal to (5,8-7,5) mana regen per 5 sec.
I can't remember how powerful was the critical effect as it ocours rarely.

This item can prove very useful for Blood Elves who want to include the element of Mana Addiction into their Role Playing, which most serious RPers do. Easy to make. Inexpensive. Fun prop to RPers =]

Funny story...

So a guild mate of mine comes running to me while In-Character and starts talking like a madman about how he hid all the "goods" in the bank and he needs to lay low for a few days. Obviously I was curious as to what he was yapping about so I hit the nearest bank only to find that one of my officers stuffed our first guild bank tab with Minor to Major Mana Potions and the second bank tab with Bloodthistle... I can honestly say I've never laughed harder at the contents of a guild bank before... Especially since I play a Blood Elf lol...
