And if I'm not mistaking there is a mana loom in Silvermoon City as well (I don't know the coords but you can ask a guard for it)

For those that don't have coordinates it is in the tailor building(were the proff trainer is)in the right.Additionaly you can ask the guards were it the mana loom

As of 3.0.2 mana looms are no longer required for any tailoring pattern, they do however remain in the game in the above mentioned locations.
