This must be used in a cluster launcher (not a normal one) during the specified holiday other wise it is unusable.

Also gives a +250 health boost to any people who are in the general vicinity which lasts for 30 minutes.

Use with care.

Cluster Laucher mats have been reduced to trivial levels (mithril casing and goblin rocket fuel for two launchers) with advent of the 3.1 patch, making this a very useful item. Saved 33 from the holidays. Ulduar, Ho!

So to clarify, it sounds like it does stack with other buffs, but can it be used in instances? If not, I guess you'd have to set up your raid in town and use it, then head off to Ulduar or whatever?

Purchase a http://www.wowhead.com/spell=26443#comments and you can use these whenever you want instead of just during the holiday. I'd suggest farming the Lucky Rocket Clusters on high level toons who could then fire them off for low level guildies just prior to queueing for a battleground or dungeons.

These have been in the game for a long time, and the +250 health buff was meaningful for a toon in vanilla WoW. It has not aged well.

The buff is an area effect, one Lucky Rocket Cluster can apply the buff to a group standing near the Cluster Launcher.

During the Lunar Festival event, the Cluster Launchers are widely available in major cities; after the event Cluster Launchers only exist if created by a player toon. Anyone can use the 烟花束发射器 to create a Cluster Launcher object on the ground, but only engineers can to fabricate the item, and one of the mats requires an alchemist. These cannot be placed indoors, so not in instances except where you can use a mount.

Is a stack of these worth the bag space? I usually hold onto them until I need the space, then toss them; there's no vend value.

Very minor tip: When you go to do your annual "shoot off eight fireworks and two clusters" quest, loot the nearby Elder first. If you get a Lucky Rocket Cluster in your Red Envelope, you can use it as one of the two clusters for the quest.
