CD: 3 minutes; 1.5 minutes if you are Nightborne

Effect: For all of 0.5 seconds:

you gain the true sight eye icon over your head
you gain a wide dispelling circle graphic around you
your character says, 'Who goes there?' in /say

It comes and goes so fast that if you blink, you miss it.

Background:

For those who don't get the reference, Legion had a zone called Suramar that was an entirely hostile city. You could go in to do dailies if you unlocked (through quests) an illusion to make yourself look like one of the nightborne citizens in there. All the hostiles would be neutral to you while you were disguised. However, certain patrolling guards (I forget their names) had true sight and if you got in their range, they would say, 'An illusion! What are you hiding?' and cast the wide dispelling circle that would remove your illusion so that 1000000 mobs would then jump on you.
