Purely as a suggestion, even if you are the most devoted tailor in the game...
Don't buy this.
If you want to get cloth from valor points, buy either of the other two options and auction the materials inside, then use that money to buy silk.

On my server (Gilneas)
Lightless Silk ~ 10g per. A bag of 20 is worth 200g.
Elethium Ore ~ 110g per. A bag of 20 is worth 2200g.
Heavy Callous Hide ~ 280g per. A bag of 10 is worth 2800g.

Needless to say you could easily buy 10x the amount you get from a bag by auctioning off the contents of either of the other bags.

if you buy this for sell on ah raw gold, buy heavy calous hide or elethium ore

lightless silk isnt worth it
