Since there is currently no indicator of drop chance on this page, I'd like to add that I killed 泡血 in a 5-man group and only 1 of the 5 of us got the drop. This provides very little information but figured I'd mention it.

I will confirm that this dropped from killing Bubbleblood , we were likewise 5-6 people and only one got it.

I have killed 泡血 10+ times now in groups and still no back drop (for anyone)...
EDIT: Someone in my group just got it. I'd put the droprate of this thing at ~2-3%.

Found while world questing in Revendreth, my Handynotes indicated he had an epic back drop. Googled it and found out it is an amazing mog.

Formed a raid with 15~ people and we killed it. Mostly greens and anima drops, nobody acquired the transmog drop.

This item is a covenant specific i assume? I tried to get the bastion one that's in the gift of thenios chest and learned that it's for kyrian only so i imagine that it might be same for these ones.

I looted this off of Bubbbleblood with my main that is part of the Maldraxxus covenant, I was messing around with the transmog on my level 52 hunter that is night fae and was able to use it as a valid transmog, but when I went to look at the Trophy of the Reborn Bonelord it specifies that you need to be a member of the Maldraxxus covenant. So it seems that this piece specifically is available to everyone regardless of your covenant.

Killed it today (20/11/29) and got it.
It was my first kill of the day and i'm NOT Necrolord, so this confirms its not based on Covenants.

You can also transmog this as any covenant.

I can confirm I can use this while I'm being part of Venthyr covenant. It doesn't say "requires Necrolord". Just dropped for me :)

So I just figured out why this one can be worn by anyone.
All covenants have 3 backs in 4 colours.
This a) only comes in 2 colours and b) would be a 4th back variant for Necrolords their 3 being the bone wings, crystals and banners.
Therefore it would be a neutral entity.

I just had this drop after farming it daily for about a week.

Here are some observations that might help you:

- Farmed daily with my main.
- I have 2 other 60 unused alts that I just left in Maldraxxas/Bubbleblood's location that I logged daily to kill the rare. (Got it with one of these)
- I also had a 55 and 53 to test whether it might drop for under 60s. (Couldn't confirm, unfortunately)
- Maybe obvious but worth mentioning; use "Custom" finder to quickly find groups and spawns of the rare.
- As usual with many cosmetics, it is cross faction and free of armor type restrictions.
