Quite different hybrid Shaman Legs. No doubt meant for the "good 'ol days" where all shaman spec gear was one item :P
However, not the easiest to aqquire. I'd advise to get a pair of outland greens, which are are in most cases, superior.
Otherwise... GL on getting some oldschool itemisation :)
Edit:: Found some greens for 57 and 58!
Odd name for these items. Silvermoon is obviously related to the High Elven/Blood Elven areas. However, these are dropped off a Highborne Prince. The Highborne were the forerunners of the High Elves, but they are quite different. Most Highborne, after the War of the Ancients, either became Naga or High Elves. The Shen'dralarian elves are almost the only Highborn left.
Now here's the rub. The Highborne of Shen'dralar have not left their city in 10,000 years. Silvermoon, a High Elven area, is on another continent. The only contact the Shen'dralarian have had with High/Blood Elves was a single loremaster, Kariel Winthalus, who came and was incinerated (he's the author of the Librams that drop in Dire Maul) by the prince. These are likely his leggings... but...
They're shaman gear. The blood elves have no shamans. You could argue they're badly itemized Hunter gear (lolspellpowerlol). But the odds are that the late loremaster was a Mage. Mages can't use armor.
Overall, besides the puzzling stats (agility + sp + spirit?), the most confusing piece of this is whose pants they belonged to. If they were the Prince's, why are they named Silvermoon if he's never been there? If they're the magister's, why did he have mail pants that he couldn't use as a mage?
And the mysteries of Eldre'Thalas continue...
As of the shattering these have been adjusted and now have better stats, and are level 40 instead of 58.
Anyone ever thinkthat... they are silver? so might just be a name, Silvermoon.
