Binds when picked up

What each of the arcanum do:
Rumination - BS - 150 mana
Constitution - BS - 100 hp
Tenacity - BS - 125 armor
Resilience - BS - +20 fire resistance
Voracity - BS - +8 str/agi/sta/int/spi (only 1 stat of the 5)
Rapidity - DM - +1% haste to attacks (ranged/melee)
Focus - DM - +8 healing and damage from spells
Protection - DM - +1% to dodge

You'd wanna farm this one, Libram of Protection and Libram of Rapidity to get your Shen'dralar rep up.
Thisfaction is a part of the "Insane in the Membrane" Achievement
It's Unique so be sure to mail it from Camp Mojache or with a MOLL-E as soon as you can. Since if it drops again you can't pick it up if you already have it.

Have found from personal experience they have the highest drop rate in Dire Maul West.

Libram of Protection, Focus, and Rapidity can all three drop in any wing of DM, however, each wing has a higher drop rate for a specific Libram.

Libram of Protection has a higher drop rate in DM North
Libram of Focus has a higher drop rate in DM West
Libram of Rapidity has a higher drop rate in DM East

For the people farming the librams while not being an engineer, like me.
If you happen to have an alt that's an engineer, just park it at the entrance and pop the "Moll-E". It will last for the full duration regardless of that char being online or not, same goes for the "Jeeves".

What you can also do is ask a friend to park one of his alts that he never logs there, so you can hand him a couple of books. and to make it even more complex: If you have an alt with an upgraded squire and a friend with an alt both standing outside the entrance, you can have another mailbox vendor every 4 hours. Just in case!

Gaining reputation or enchantments from The Shen'dralar is no longer available in-game, thus voiding the purpose of these librams. As of 4.0.6 there is still no vendor price on these librams, if you happen to have one in your bags.

* If you were on the mad hunt to Insane In The Membrane, fear not, the Feat of Strength no longer requires exalted with this faction to obtain your title. For those who have already paid countless hours in Dire Maul, look for a separate feat of strength in your achievements tab in a future patch that honors your exalted reputation with these elves. Reference.

All of the old Librams are now useless. The quests have been removed from the game, however several of the Librams continue to drop even in Cataclysm (patch 4.3.2) and are still green quality. Since they have no vendor value and no purpose, you can safely trash these or better yet, just pass the loot roll.

A piece of WoW history since the librams still drop in-game:

This is one of three librams that drop in 厄运之槌. Prior to patch 4.0.3a they were used for the quests to create arcanums (head or leg enchants) given by 博学者莱德罗斯. These quests were repeatable and completing them was the only way of raising 辛德拉 reputation to Exalted. The arcanums were also used for twink enchants.
