To buy this item you need Venthyr 名望 lvl 36.

You get 名望 by doing your Covenant Campaign and by doing two weekly quests:

To know what is your renown lvl check the Keeper of Renown NPC in your Covenant Hall.
Venthyr: 蕾哈尔 located inside Sinfall near to Sanctum Upgrades.

I really hoped this would be the obtainable version of Glorious Tyrrany. But on the Cloudsong Glaive, the glow is only on the frickin' handle.

This illusion on the Venthyr 2h sword, the red glow is on the handle for some reason. Really sucks, cause I was super excited for this illusion.

Hopefully a fix soon since you can use Hunts Favor, Devoted Spirit without being Nightfae or Kyrian

so you need huge amounts of anima for everything in the SL and after you spent 2500 anima (2-3 weeks of farming for casual player without any sanctum/equip uprades or doing missions) you can use this and all other cosmetic items on maybe one single char eventually.. Even I am on different alt char at moment, I am still the guy who reached exalted with those factions, I am the guy who spent amounts of time and effort to get these items so regardless on which char I am actually logged on, I deserve to be able use them all when anytime.

I like SL, it's my top 3, but this is the most alt-unfriendly datadisk in the wow history.

Looks kinda weird on warglaives. All you see is red orbs at the tips of the glaives. Spent 2500 anima and I'll never use it.

Please, Blizzard, put these covenant-specific illusions on the whole weapon and not just the handle! We spend 2500 anima for an illusion we can barely see!

i fiinally got this for my hunter (iit's all i play btw) because "i have too much anima.." but i don't see it in my transmog section as an available option? how do you use it on a sword for example?

So you get the illusion: Sinwrath at renown 36 for free. I didn't have to buy it, automatically unlocks. So why can you buy it from the renown quartermaster? If I paid the 2500 anima for it can I then use it on my other characters or still use it after I switch to another covenant?

You can now use transmogs from any the covenants regardless of which one you are aligned to as long you are at 80 Renown with that covenant that the respective transmog belongs to, normally you do not need to have that covenant active but for these "elite" enchants, it must be your currently active covenant to apply the transmog. You can switch out afterwards and the transmog will remain applied to your weapon.

The 4 enchants are:
幻象：荒野之魂, 幻象：不破决心, 幻象：超然之魂 & 幻象：罪孽之怒.
