~~角鹰兽之魂 finally appeared on 9.1 being sold by 艾尔雯 the Night Fae Renown Quartermaster for 100 贮藏心能.~~

It disappeared when the patch went Live, probably requires something to unlock, be it Campaign Chapters or Renown.

This is awarded for completing quest 艾露恩的力量 in chapter 5 of 9 of the Chains of Domination campaign, 魅夜之力 which unlocks at Renown 52.

Hippogryph soul found! It comes from the Winter Queen after the quest "The Power of Elune" where you help Tyrande with the night warriors.

If you're wondering why you can't see it on Lady Muunn even after you turned in the quest, there is a second page of forms, so you have to click "What other forms can I take?" dialogue twice.

At present, the Hippogryph Soul is a reward from 艾露恩的力量.

This is the questline made available at Renown 52 as a part of the Chains of Domination questline.

The questline starts from Ysera in the Grove of Awakening and turns in with the Winter Queen after a cinematic.
