made sure to have it in the inventory together with my potions. logged out for the night since the edible redcaps were crowded to log in before the WQ resets.

put myself in a raid group with an alt and went to bed. next morning i defended the ballistae, ran to the flightmaster, ran to the caps, still crowded, some crossrealm zoning later i had the buffs and wanted to click the scroll - it was gone.

now i am 100% sure i did buy it, but i will have to test if it really disappeared. dumb as i am i didn't bind myself to the theater and the sword is gone like the wq which seemed to complete even in raid.

If you pick up the Wanted quest from the poster right next to this vendor, he no longer offers to sell you anything. Abandon the quest and you can access his inventory.

Maybe obvious, but this item is consumed on use and rebuyable for 10g per teleport. For non-engineers this is an ideal way to get to Maldraxxus from anywhere, and by proxy the Shadowlands. As it teleports you close to a flight point you can take off immediately, but you might want to detour for half a minute to get a new scroll, and then do whatever you intended.
