Acquiring a Aquamarine Cartel Chit completes the third in a series of exchanges needed to procure Preserved Berries. The Preserved Berries are used by members of the Venthyr Covenant to ensure the attendance of Aliothe, the Droman of Hibernal Hollow, at the next Ember Court via RSVP: Droman Aliothe.

UPDATE: With the 9.0.5 release, the Pristine Vulpine Pelt and Spiral Deathroc Horn are no longer required. Thanks to geodus for sharing!

Below is a list of all of the coordinate in a format that you can copy/paste into the Paste Addon if you're using that.

NOTE: You have to do this while in Oribos since there is currently no Zone ID for Oribos so TomTom doesn't recognize Oribos if used in the coordinates. Also, the coordinates for the Aquamarine Cartel Chit doesn't put the green dot in the right place. This is actually in The Broker's Den, the lower section in Oribos where you pickup the weekly quests to run dungeons for Anima.

青绿财团便条 is sold by 古董收藏者塔·兰 in exchange for 完整的仙狐皮 and is required as a trade item for the quest 出席函：宗主艾莉奥瑟. 古董收藏者塔·兰 is located in Oribos in The Broker's Den, in the basement of "The Idyllia". It is the eastern entrance of the "Ring of Fates", the one with the beer mug above the entrance. Go into the left or right room and through the door down the stairs.

Below are all the stations and vendors you need to trade in:

Take the Quest 出席函：宗主艾莉奥瑟 from 宗主艾莉奥瑟 in the Ardenweald in Hibernal Hollow. The big bear near the flight master.

To complete the quest you will need 保存的浆果, which is sold by 塔·鲁卡 in Revendreth at the Night Market.
Go to the Night Market in Revendreth to 塔·特鲁, southwest of Darkhaven.

Buy a 恐惧蝠之牙项链
- the price changes every week
- e.g. 20x 苷铜矿石 or 曳影腿肉
- you can farm it yourself or buy it from the AH
After that fly to the Bastion and ride to the Transfer Station Ta, west of the Bastion.

After that fly to Maldraxxus to the Challenger's Promenade, just east of the "Theater of Pain".

Trade the 泰瑞加尔水晶 for a 死亡大鹏的螺旋之角 at 奥·拉里纳.
After that fly back to the Night Market in Revendreth.

Trade the 死亡大鹏的螺旋之角 for 保存的浆果 at 塔·鲁卡.
Finally fly back to 宗主艾莉奥瑟 in the Ardenweald and complete the quest to get 出席函：宗主艾莉奥瑟.

Note: If you want to do the quest for the Ember Court more often you can buy several 保存的浆果.
