The Tremaculum is in the north/slighty-northwestern part of The Maw.

If you have bought the 包起来的裂隙行者精华, there's a Riftstone near The Tremaculum that transports close to the Crucible of The Damned in the southwestern-ish part.

It ports you - one-way to 33.99, 15.85

There is also a Choatic Riftstone somewhat nearby
Tremaculum <-> Crucible of the Damned

With the two of these you can fairly quickly get to the common positions for the Wrath of the Jailer events and the world events.
