Each of the four Covenants have features that they share among them, but they also have a feature that is uniquely their own. For the Venthyr, it’s in the form of an elaborate party within the Ember Court. Preserved Berries are used by members of the Covenant to ensure the attendance of Aliothe, the Droman of Hibernal Hollow, via RSVP: Droman Aliothe.

To procure the Preserved Berries you have to complete a series of exchanges between brokers found throughout the Shadowlands akin to what Mrrl and its buddies did in Nazjatar. Appropriately, you start and end in Revendreth.

UPDATE: With the 9.0.5 release, the Pristine Vulpine Pelt and Spiral Deathroc Horn are no longer required. Thanks to geodus for sharing!

You must repeat this every time you invite Droman to your Ember Court! If possible to purchase more than one it would be a great idea to save a lot of travel!
Edit: I can confirm that the Necklace of Dredbat Fangs are not Unique. I grabbed 10 to save many trips. I got lucky that the cost was only 10 desolate leather this week. It might be worth waiting until you find them trading for a cheap AH material and then load up.

Big ups to the guys who said "buy multiples"

Get enough mats for 10 necklaces and then trade for 10 from the others. Should be good for a while.

Let it be known that while you can stockpile these and prebuy them all at once for future use, they do not stack, so make sure you have sufficient room in your bank for each individual item before you go and buy 50...

On the bright side, the quest can be completed without having the berries in your bags so you don't need to go and collect them from the bank each time.

The 保存的浆果 are sold by 塔·鲁卡 in the Night Market in Revendreth and are needed for the Quest 出席函：宗主艾莉奥瑟.
/way 51.11 78.56 Night Market

Below are all the stations and vendors you need to trade in:

Take the Quest 出席函：宗主艾莉奥瑟 from 宗主艾莉奥瑟 in the Ardenweald in Hibernal Hollow. The big bear near the flight master.
/way 60.11 53.72
To complete the quest you will need 保存的浆果, which is sold by 塔·鲁卡 in Revendreth at the Night Market.
Go to the Night Market in Revendreth to 塔·特鲁, southwest of Darkhaven.

Buy a 恐惧蝠之牙项链
- the price changes every week
- e.g. 20x 苷铜矿石 or 曳影腿肉
- you can farm it yourself or buy it from the AH
After that fly to the Bastion and ride to the Transfer Station Ta, west of the Bastion.

Trade the 恐惧蝠之牙项链 for a 完整的仙狐皮 at 商人塔·比克斯.
After that, fly to Oribos and go to the The Broker's Den, which is in the basement of "The Idyllia". It is the eastern entrance in the "Ring of Fates", the one with the beer mug above the entrance. Then go into the right or left room and through the door down the stairs.

Trade the 完整的仙狐皮 for a 青绿财团便条 at 古董收藏者塔·兰.
Then go back up to the "Ring of Fates" and turn left into the Hall of Curiosities.

Trade the 青绿财团便条 for a 泰瑞加尔水晶 at 收购者塔·苟什.
After that fly to Maldraxxus to the Challenger's Promenade, just east of the "Theater of Pain".

Trade the 泰瑞加尔水晶 for a 死亡大鹏的螺旋之角 at 奥·拉里纳.
After that fly back to the Night Market in Revendreth.
/way 51.11 78.56
Trade the 死亡大鹏的螺旋之角 for 保存的浆果 at 塔·鲁卡.
Finally fly back to 宗主艾莉奥瑟 in the Ardenweald and complete the quest to get 出席函：宗主艾莉奥瑟.

Note: If you want to do the quest for the Ember Court more often you can buy several 保存的浆果.

Heads up - nothing stacks. Nothing can be purchased by shift-clicking and selecting multiple items. So if you think, "I'll just get a stack of forty in my bank," make sure you have 40 individual spaces in your bank or Void Storage, and make sure you're prepared to painstakingly purchase 40 of each trade item from each vendor, and confirm that you DO in fact want to trade each item for each other item for some of the transactions.

I don't mind these quests where you have to run around every now and then. Annoying, but hey, just put a podcast or some music on in the background. But the excessive travel + nothing stacks + no shift-click quick buy? Blizzard needs to change at least one of these things. Honestly.

Anyone know what was changed in 9.0.5? I know two steps were removed but I dunno which/what order yet. Trader Bix in Bastion is no longer selling anything but a Happiness Bird for Necro.

The latest (after recent 9.0.5 patch) no-nonsense steps to buy 保存的浆果:

Have this stuff on hand, one could be the price for step two: 30 Shadowy Shank, 30x Tenebrous Ribs, 10x Desolate Leather, 30x Porous stone, 10x Rising Glory (please comment what it was for you, and give me an upvote if this helped)
Buy 恐惧蝠之牙项链 from Ta'tru in Southeast Revendreth. He's in the small encampment that's just before the bridge to the black market broker (Waynecrypt Hill is closest flight point - head south from there).
Port or fly to Oribos, walk down stairs at The Idyllia section of Oribos down into the Brokers Den.
Buy 青绿财团便条 from Ta'lan the Antiquary (using your 恐惧蝠之牙项链 as currency).
Head up the stairs, out of Brokers Den, go to Hall of Curiosities section of Oribos (southeast portion)
Buy 泰瑞加尔水晶 from Acquirer Ta'gosh (using your 青绿财团便条) -- he's in the back, right hand corner when you enter the room from the inner-ring side.
Fly out to the Waynecrypt Hill flight point in Revendreth (then head south) and finally buy the 保存的浆果 from Ta'ruca (using your 泰瑞加尔水晶 as currency) in Southeast Revendreth. He's also in the small encampment that's just before the bridge to the black market broker.

So, Blizzard made these disapear from my bags? I bought like 10 on a cheap week, and they were all gone when I came back looking for them. Anyone confirm? I didnt see an expiration... wtf.
