Looted this from a chest, got used automatically to turn me into a Venthyr.
Left the chamber and ported to the quest giver in the area, only to get immediately attacked by a hostile NPC and get the buff removed.
I've yet to really find out what effects the buff this item gives you does.

Very sad this disappears the second you're attacked or... well do anything. It's such a neat item to turn you into a venthyr. It's used the moment you obtain it, which is another huge bummer.

I looted this out of a Harvest Cache using this key but for some reason it put it in my inventory instead of giving me the buff.

Seems in 9.0.5 they added a male version of this costume, where as before I think was only female. It's pretty cool, but the removal on combat is pretty sad. They have talking and questioning animations, but most others seem to be missing.
