银色嘉奖 is reward from Quests and Dailys during Scourge event pre-patch.

After complete all dailys on the day a good way to stay grinding 银色嘉奖 is by killing rares in Icecrown (20 minutes respawn), and return 漆黑天灾石 on the repeatable daily 漆黑天灾石.

I spend around 7 hours to kill all 20 rares and my loot is:

1x 冰雹指轮.
1x 佐德的回响长弓.
1x 虹吸活力胸甲.
1x 红玉筋戒.
1x 霜雨裹手.
1x 冰誓响骨胸甲.

812x 漆黑天灾石.
69x 黑化天灾石.

This item is able to be used repeatedly, and does not disappear on use. It has a 30 second CD between uses but you only need to buy one of them.

I believe this item is for when the zombie invasion hits Org and Stormwind. If you use it, you prevent the spread of the zombie debuff, and don't get turned into one.

Upon use your character throws a broom (appears similar to 魔法扫帚) at the target location, which then begins to sweep for about 12-15 seconds before disappearing. I haven't been able to test it on the scourge plague, but as far as it's status as a toy is concerned, it's rather underwhelming, but at least the cooldown is short. I do hope they turn this into a toy once the event is over, if for no other reason than getting it out of my bags.

for everyone wondering, the main use isn't the one blizz has thought, you're gonna use this after killing another faction's player, then you clean it!

This broom 'sweeps' away a small part of infected GROUND. It does NOT help to cleanse or clear the infection from players, believe me, I've tried -- desperately.

It is absolutely baffling to me that this isn't a toy -- I don't want to buy it and have it taking up bag or bank space on the off chance that Blizz turns it into a toy at a later date. But if I DON'T buy it, they definitely will make it a toy.

Since this will likely never become a toy and will just sit in our banks for the rest of WoW's life the next best thing is to rename your 魔法扫帚 pet to Anti Doom Broom and just be glad you have a way to show off your familiarity with this item.

Blizzard, please explain why this has not mode the "toy" list yet?

Given a bunch of random stuff has already been added to the toy list, I don't see why so much other crap has to sit in my bank taking up space, instead of being a toy that any alt can get some use out of. Such items currently cluttering up my bank that should really be given toy status include:

Corrupted Primal Obelisk it's Draenor only anyway.
Carved Drinking Horn We have plenty of health toys, why not mana?
Obsidian Frostwolf Petroglyth Minor Rested XP Buff*
Flight Master's Whistle usable for known flight points
Oralius' Whispering Crystal tired of getting this on every alt.
Repurposed Fel Focuser same, BFA upgrade of above**.
Brawler's Bottomless Draenic Strength Potion. currently serves no purpose, but the free slot would be nice for when the Areana returns
Anti-Doom Broom what was this even for? lol
Blazing Sigil of Ordos currently a stack item, easily changable to a toy
Thunderlord Grapple Limited zone use but it's not a quest specific item.
Automated Critter Defense Cannon Seriously why do they not make this stuff as toys to begin with? Has 10 charges currently
Edwin Van Cleef Costume has a bunch of charges, has been given every Anniversary anyways.
Starlight Beacon Another toy, not a toy :/
Spike Toed Bootarang Begging for toyhood
Red Rider Air Rifle unbelievably still not a toy!
Grindgear Toy Gorrila It's even in the name!
Rubber Duck - toy for pets.
S.E.L.F.I.E Camera So much random tat..
S.E.L.F.I.E. Len Upgrade Kit Other similar toys have multiples when they change the effect, but some just outright upgrade the toy.
Sunset Stone currently a limited use toy.
Cauterizing Core zone limited, currently with limited uses despite similar items having no limit.
Path of Flame We already have a green one
Tuft of Yak Fur coz everyone deserves to be scared witless
Drust Soul Catcher a recent addition, never had need to use it.
Stormforge Grapple Launcher Limited zone.

And there we have enough crap that should be toys but aren't that are takeing up an entire Silkweave Satchel's worth of bank space. Please add them to the toy list Blizzard, give me my bag space back XD

*Found out checking it on Wowhead, I never got to use it. Dunno if it is a consumable, or reusable, but given it's only rested xp, it could work as a toy, I believeit only provides one bar anyway.
**For the price at the time (rep and a ton of currency), this should have been account wide anyway. I still use this in SL lol
