I am 2400.
I have this in my transmog menu.
How do I get the real item to wear on my character?

EDIT: I got the following response from the Blizzard customer service: https://i.imgur.com/rDFJFZO.png - Which is just plain false, since the vendor does not have the Tabard for sale. I wrote back and said that it is not available, and once again asked them to give me my just reward for hitting 2400 as it says in the UI you should get. Will keep this updated with their response.

EDIT2: I got the following dissapointing response from Blizzard CS: https://i.imgur.com/521fxel.png - The vendor does not sell the tabard, and you only get the appearance. Why? Who knows. Why can't we get the item, Blizzard? We earned it, goddammit.
