This is a heavy axe. Low speed means hard hits. Considering the proc and speed, it can out DPS a weapon with a higher listed DPS.
The shadowbolt does not seem to bother Emperor Vek'Nilash.
This is a great main hand for a dw fury warrior. i've used it with a Sickle of Unyielding Strength and had great success (especialy as an orc). Also something for future shaman DW'ers to think about, it has been said that slower one handed weapons work out to be more dps then faster ones. so whether warrior or shaman, this axe is very nice. With an enchant (crusader is always recomended for dps, shaman might think about int or spellpower some as well) it can be very devestating.
ive seen warriors DW two of these doing phenominal dps. not as much as a rogue or mage but he was right under them
I love this on my paladin. One of if not the slowest 1-hand in the game. I get good big hits with Seal of Command, and can still use a shield for maximum survivability. Sure you could do more damage with a big 2-hand, but this allows you to still wear a shield and spec protection if you like.
Best for dw warrios!
This x2 =win
Great mainhand weapon. Proc rate is a little low, but it's still an awesome weapon (considering how easy it is to get, especially). If you stick with axes, you won't upgrade this until Nef or after Twin Emps.
Deathbringer was the hardest hitting one handed axe out there until Naxxramas and the
Hatchet of Sundered Bone
Even the HWL Weapons didnt have the Top end the mighty Deathbringer did. Too bad the proc sucks.
Dual wielding two of these babies was sure fun in pvp back then, they were one handed versions of
Orcs enh shamans and fury warriors loved this weapon before BC. 2.90 speed is coooool
Yes, it is cool... however why do I see a DK doing over 7400 DPS while having this weapon and another slow offhand of 2.3 sec @ level 80.... very interesting.
This has the same name as one of the well known weapons from Final Fantasy XII.
After patch 3.2.2 Onyxia drops level 80 "retuned" version:
(currently on 3.2.2 PTR only)
Does the item proc scale with spellpower? Could get interesting for enhancement shamans out there.
Empowered Deathbringer is the 10-man, 232 version. The 25-man is as follows:
Binds when picked up
371 - 690 Damage - Speed 2.70
Requires Level 80
Chance on hit: Sends a shadowy bolt at the enemy causing 1458 to 1874 Shadow damage.
Considering procs are generally based off the base speed of the weapon (so haste etc increases the number of procs) it could see the ilvl245 version become a fairly interesting tool in the hands of a rogue also with all the extra instant attacks/slice n dice, killing spree etc etc.
Tekst komentarza/posta do dodania na forach: By the way, suppose you know your death date - does that put your life at ease? Has any of you tried? I am going to find out. Here is a link to the site where I am thinking of taking this kind of test -
I am not sure though if it`s worth taking that test there.
