Speeds up your activity of mining with your pickaxe by about 30%. Not a huge increase. Doesn't turn mining into .5s "near-instant" interactions like you'd hope.
This item also doesn't speed up/effect your "looting" animation, such as on chests or other non-azerite vein pickaxing actions.

Not worth the dubloon cost honestly.
