Strife and Conflict

This essence activates a specific PvP talent in all content, including PvE instances, similar to the Legendary Ring from Legion.

Major Power: 冲突

Rank 1: Teaches you the following PvP Talent, and allows its use against all enemies of Azeroth.
Rank 2: While you are stunned, the defensive benefit from your Versatility is doubled. Teaches you the following PvP Talent, and allows its use against all enemies of Azeroth.
Rank 3: While you are stunned, the defensive benefit from your Versatility is doubled. Dispelling, interrupting, or applying a loss of control effect grants a stack of Strife. Versatility granted by Strife is doubled for the next 5 sec. Teaches you the following PvP Talent, and allows its use against all enemies of Azeroth.

Minor Power: 斗争

Rank 1: Your spells and abilities have a chance to increase your Versatility by 48 for 8 sec, stacking up to 5 times. Being the victim of a loss of control or movement impairing effect also grants a stack of Strife.
Rank 2: Your spells and abilities have a chance to increase your Versatility by 26 for 14 sec, stacking up to 5 times. Being the victim of a loss of control or movement impairing effect also grants a stack of Strife.
Rank 3: Your spells and abilities have a chance to increase your Versatility by 26 for 14 sec, stacking up to 8 times. Being the victim of a loss of control or movement impairing effect also grants a stack of Strife.

Wondering if I can get rank 1 of this essence from the weekly PvP chest if I cap conquest only doing random/epic battlegrounds and the faction assault (incursion) world quests?

Or MUST the conquest come from rated PvP?

Can confirm just received this item from my weekly War Chest - Capped from Battle for Nazjatar + a BG or two!

Last week, I got to 500 conquest, bar was full and everything.
Now after the reset, I went there. Had 征战的回报 to hand in at 加布里埃尔元帅 and I handed it in.
Got a 罪邪角斗士的法杖 and 2x 军需官的奖赏.

After handing the quest in, I wasn't able to claim the conquest chest, and neither did I obtain any essence for my 艾泽拉斯之心.
Did I fk something up? How do I get 指骨战利品 so I will have conflict and strife?

For some reason I got rank 2 item the first time I opened the chest and since them I'm receiving the Burgeoning Battlefield Furors each time I open it. Did it happen to anyone else? If I accidentally destroyed it, can I get another one? Currently can't unlock the essence because of that and just have higher ranking items gathering dust in the bag.
