I purchased this item today and crafted it. It is a single target cannon, and it did 119k damage from it's DoT (Molten Scrap Shot) and did 18k from its auto attack (scrap bolt) on a Mechagon Rare.

Looking at the names of the abilities I'm taking it this cannon is a reference to Torjborn from Overwatch.

Update: After looking over my Details addon, it appears the reason the DoT did so much damage is because it applied it to two targets, making the DoT average roughly 60k

Curious as to why this item isn't available from Stolen Royal Vendorbot for me. I am Revered with the Rustbolt Resistance, I've asked in game and I am not the only one with this issue.
