It's not the same model as the store's Armored Bloodwing as it lacks the armor.
But it's the exact same model as Witherbark Direwing from the Arathi warfront which is really easy to get, so I doesn't make any sense as horde to stack 750 medals. It's has also similar texture but it's slightly more red.

The real question for this mount is, does purchasing this give you the alliance 750 service medal mount as well? The 200 medal Krolusks are both unlocked if you buy either one. Will find out in a few weeks I suppose!
*Looks like this does not grant the Priestess' Moonsaber according the other commenters, so get grinding on those Alliance alts!

Update for 8.1.5: Little late on this but they fixed it so you get both when you buy either one. Best part is you get a refund for one of the mounts if you bought both! My Alliance alt suddenly had almost 900 medals after the patch and when I finally noticed I cashed them in reselling pets.

Update patch 8.1.5: As of this patch purchasing this mount grants you the alliance version, the Priestess' Moonsaber and vice versa so you don't have to collect medals on both factions for these mounts.

I bought the Priestess' Moonsaber this morning, and did not get the Bloodthirsty Dreadwing on my 120 Horde alt. Probably the biggest disappointment in an ever-growing list of BFA letdowns...

Update: this was "hotfixed" recently and purchasing one mount will now award the other.

If you faction change a character after getting this or the Moonsaber, will it give the opposite faction that mount?

I have an Alliance alt I'm wanting to move to Horde. I'm going to farm out the Moonsaber on them before switching, but I'd like to know if it'll give me the dreadwing once they switch.

EDIT: Can confirm that sadly it doesn't. You've gotta earn both separately even if you faction change.

As of today, purchasing this mount grants you the alliance version, the Priestess' Moonsaber and vice versa so you don't have to collect medals on both factions for these mounts.

Of course, countless bug reports and tweets were sent off several weeks ago about this issue with no word at all, leaving some players to do guess work and farm both mounts. But it's never too late to fix bugs like this and will save mount collectors a lot of time!

Edit: Anyone who bought both mounts before the fix will have the 750 medals refunded! I logged in today and they were restored on my alliance character.

It seems they have fixed buying Bloodthirsty Dreadwing not giving the alliance equivalent Priestess' moosaber :)

Yesterday I bought 女祭司的月刃豹, learn it and I also got 嗜血恐翼蝠 in my horde alts collection. Upon checking with 供给商穆克拉, the 嗜血恐翼蝠 appear red (already known). So you only need to buy it once per account, on either side.

Several people have said before they bought one without getting the opposite faction counterpart. I guess it was a bug and got fixed.
