According to Warcraft Pets, 奈杰尔·里夫托德 can be unlocked as a pet vendor.

Head to Anyport (western coast of Drustvar), and purchase 10 提拉斯利精美巧克力 from 荀·甘蕾. Travel to 52.32,31.73 in Drustvar (west of Fallhaven, just above the "F" in the name), climb up a small hill and enter a tree house. Loot the chest, and then loot it a second time (will consume the Gourmet Chocolates), and Nigel will then appear as a vendor near the tree house.

赤红蛙 is learnt from 赤红蛙. This pet is easiest purchased from 盲眼的温加 in Nazmir. There are two other vendors that sell it, however must be unlocked.

奈杰尔·里夫托德 in Drustvar also sells the Crimson Frog. Nigel must be unlocked by purchasing 10 提拉斯利精美巧克力 from 荀·甘蕾 in Anyport. After purchasing the chocolate, go to 52.32, 31.73 in Drustvar. Enter the treehouse and interact with the chest. After interacting with it a second time, Nigel will appear as a vendor. You also get the temporary title !

修克 in Nazmir sells the Crimson Frog too, and is unlocked by a short questline starting at 55, 36 in Nazmir.

The Crimson Frog costs 100 抛光的宠物符咒.

This pet is cageable, and you can buy or sell this pet on the Auction House.
