New in 8.1, this awesome hat and its 红色三角帽 and 灰色三角帽 counterparts can be bought from 克拉丽莎船长 (Alliance) and 泽塔佳船长 (Horde), close to the Islands Expedition hubs, each for 100海员达布隆币. Cosmetic, so usable for each armor type for transmog.

I am happy to see Blizz add new cosmetic items. Especially items previously only used by NPCs.

There are further, toys, pets, reputation items and mounts:
Reputation items. 100 海员达布隆币 gets you an item for 250 rep upon hand-in.
Alliance: 凹陷的硬币 for the 普罗德摩尔海军部.
异域香料 for the 灰烬骑士团.
失落海洋卷轴 for 风暴之末.
Horde: 海岛漂浮物 for the 赞达拉帝国.
金甲虫 for 塔兰吉远征队.

while the 红色三角帽 can be transmogged account wide and x-faction, this 蓝色三角帽 as well as the 灰色三角帽 seems not.
i know there could be restrictions while the 120min refund timer is running on them, but currently they ran off and still they didn't make it into my transmog page.

Am I colorblind or is this actually light gray? Why is it called blue? And gray tricorne hat is very much brown to me.

Your character must be level 110 to be able to use this hat for transmog.
