He actually sells more then 1 per day.
I actually got three of these gloves recipes in 2 days.
1) Late at night (around 1 AM (GMT)
2) The next morning (10 PM GMT)
3) About 3 hours later.

Like lots of the Limited Supply items, you can still get very good money for them. Sold mine around 50g at the Burning Legion server.
