This item, like most items obtains from Griftah, is almost guaranteed to be useless. However, the four totems that he sells here can be used, and place down a "Worthless Totem" (see screenshot) when you use it.

This might be useful for RP reasons, but at 250g a pop, it seems a little pricey for a couple of seconds of existence.
