Knowing nothing about high-grade chocolate, I can only assume the name of this item refers to Ghirardelli chocolates, while the flavor text refers to Valrhona Grand Chocolat.

I've no idea why it's Unique (10), or why it's tied to 糖衣炮弹 (or what 糖衣炮弹 even does), but I feel safe in stating that this is a secret yet to be discovered.

提拉斯利精美巧克力 can be purchased from 荀·甘蕾 in Drustvar for 50 gold each. After purchasing 10 of the chocolates go to the treehouse at 52.4, 31.5 in Drustvar. Inside you will see a chest: . Looting it once will reward you 被盗的糖果 x 10 and give you the temporary title for 60 minutes. Looting it a second time will consume your Tirasreli Chocolate and unlock the pet vendor 奈杰尔·里夫托德 outside.
