This item is purchased from Orix the All-Seer for 1,000 Intact Demon Eyes.

You cannot loot Intact Demon Eyes until you recieve a buff from a shrine of sorts, called All-Seer's Focus.
You'll recieve Agent of the All-Seer buff for 60-minutes, that will allow you to loot the eyes.
Warning: You will sacrifice 90% of your maximum HP when activating it, so make sure you are at Full health. You will take double damage from enemies.

Intact Demon Eyes are farmed from demons in the Antoran Wastes, this includes the Putrid Engineer, that are abundant, and easy to kill.

I found one All-Seer's Focus inside the cave in Antoran Wastes at 64 21. Also found another one at 58 34, Second floor.

PS: Best place i found to farm the Intact Demon Eye is Shaper's Rise in Antoran Wastes at 55 25.

Best place I found to farm them was inside Puscilla's cave. Tons of little demons that die easy with a constant respawn. That is if you have the AOE for it.

This pet is extremely tiny, roughly the same size of the Plump or Bleakwater Jelly. It also will not fly with you when mounted unlike some flying pets.

I had the most luck with the eredar in the Spirit Crucible and then circling around it for various demons while waiting on respawn. 安托兰灵魂收割者s in the area seem to have a better than average drop rate but are scattered too much to efficiently farm by themselves.

In my hour I got 77 eyes. That includes a few minutes looking up what I'd just clicked on and then some running around trying different areas. I could probably top 100 in an hour if I focus on the aforementioned area, but it'll still be a painful grind getting both the pet and toy.

Best place to farm eyes is easily felfire armory. Killing a group of Putrid Engineers I can get 8-15 eyes and they respawn quickly enough to make grinding not too labor-intensive. In a half hour of grind I got ~200 eyes; not bad at all. Combine this with popping a lightforged warframe and you can move through the area south of it quickly as well while waiting on respawns.

I farmed the 完整的恶魔之眼 today with a group of 4-5 people for 4 hours total. We fought demons at the Pits of Punishment which is located at 62, 43, but if you don't have an addon for locations, it is the area above the cave that 全视者奥利克斯 is located in. I ended up with 3164 eyes, averaging 791 per hour at the end of it all which is more than enough to buy at least 1 of everything from him. We just kept clearing out everything non-stop. Hearing from other members, they averaged 675-750 per hour also. I recommend doing this in a full group for the best and fastest result...especially if you are going after all of the items he sells.

Farming 完整的恶魔之眼 will help you with your progress towards the achievements below since you are having to kill demons for their eyes.

Easy Solo for Battle for Azeroth Level 120 and Beyond...

1. Head to 60.0, 45.3 in the Antoran Wastes, a little cave by the fel river.

2. Here is where Orix the Seer resides, he possesses the toy and the pet that you so desire. They are 1000 Intact Demon eyes each.

3. Make sure your health is full and use the All-Seer's Focus that is in this cave.

4. Wait for your health to get back to full, or heal up, and then exit the cave.

5. Head North, to 61, 22. These little guys respawn crazy quick. Sometimes they won't drop anything, other times they drop lots.

6. Took me a few hours to get 1000. Turn on some YouTube in the background (I did D&A Lady Prank Calls) and the time flew by so quickly.

If you are geared well enough*, head to Shaper's Rise in Antoran Wastes (/way Antoran Wastes 56.7 24.5). The elites there spawn quickly enough that you can farm them continuously, and they seem to have a much better drop rate. After farming there for 20 minutes I've gathered almost 200 Intact Demon Eyes—round them up and AOE them down!

*"geared well enough" will vary by class/spec obviously, but I was doing this as an ilvl 447 Enhancement Shaman. Basically, if they aren't damaging you even with the Agent of the All-Seer buff then you're fine.

I don't know if this is just anecdotal/my personal rng, but I've been farming the eyes for a few days and found that they seem to drop less and less each hour of the individual day. For example, my first hour of the day each day I will get about 800 eyes, the second hour will only give me about 50-100 eyes, and the third hour (the longest I've gone in one day at this point) only gave me a very small handful around like 15 or so. But I find that the first farm of the day will consistently give you a good number of eyes depending on the spot you use to farm.

As a level 60 (moderately geared) you should be able to do this fairly easily.

If you haven't done any of the Argus quests (or this is a new alt toon) then go to New Dalaran (via Azsuna portal in Org or Stormwind) - take the flight path at Illidari Strand up to New Dalaran (floating city). Once you arrive at the Dalaran flight point look to your left and see if the Lightforged Beacon is there (lotus looking portal thingee). If it isn't there - you will need to unlock the Broken Shore quests. If there - just click to go through it

You are then transported to the ship The VIndicaar that flies over the three land masses of Argus.
Run down to the front (Prow) of the ship to the Navigation Console - you want to chose the Hope's Landing, Antoran Wastes flight point

Run to the quest giver Orix the Seer - he is in a small cave at 60.0, 45.3 in the Antoran Wastes (be warned - the green 'water' is toxic and will give you damage every time you step in it). Orix sells both the Pet (Cross Gazer) and a Toy (All-Seer's-eye) - both for 1000 Intact Demon eyes each.
He also sells All-Seers-Draught (5 doses) for 25 Intact Demon Eyes - this is EXTREMELY useful to get as it duplicates the same effect as clicking on the All-Seers-Focus that gives you the buff (buff lasts for 60 minutes - disappears upon death; log out AND teleportation out of the area). You need to first use the Focus, collect enough eyes to buy this but it WILL save you time if you are doing multi-hours farming.

Okay - make sure are 100% health before clicking on the All-Seers-Focus - it will hit your health points by about 3/4s. Eat something to recover before going forth to slay demons.

I just farmed 2065 Intact Demon Eye on a single debuff.

I am a 478 Lvl 70 BM Hunter, an ENG with Loot-a-Rang, and i stood in a single spot.

/way 60.56 23.76

Normal farming spot for these things as suggested by many others killing the Filthy Assistants,

All i did was stand on that spot (or roughly) and spin in circles spamming Tab and my Cobra Shot keybind.

Dont worry about the outliers that you cant hit.

After awhile the bodies build up. If you hit a lull in spawns then hit your Loot-A-Rang a few times. Anything you can shoot it can loot.

If an enemy gets behind terrain you have to manually select them as Tab wont.

I believe the hyper spawn and drop rates are affected by the current drop points for the Vindicaar. I did this while the north one was inactive and the Greater Invasion Point was nearby (Pit Lord Vilemus)
