As for now you can buy this from Warmage Kath'leen on the Broken Shore for 2500 Nethershards. Unfortunately when trying to learn the glyph you get an error message saying "The spell is not avaiable for you".

Put this on my destruction warlock, not really a fan of the way they sit to be honest, too high in the air, would be better if lower and circled player like mage fire orbs.

On the Blood Elf model (can't speak to the others) They sit really low. Too low in my opinion as it is difficult to see them. However, when you mount up they shoot up high in the air. If only Blizzard settled at a point halfway between the two, then it would be perfect!

What really sucks about this glyph is only you can see it... nobody else. I really hope they fix this in the future.
