I tried to use this item on my horde hunter (bought it from Zar'shi) to add it as a transmog but despite the fact that they are level 52 and the level requirement is 32, it says "your level is too low to use that item". While the item in my inventory does not appear red, when I went to buy it, it and the items you can buy alongside it were all red although I could still buy them.
