I wouldn't say it only spawns every couple of hours, though it may take that long at times. So far it seems that the vendor only sells either this or Recipe: Shadowskin Gloves, as I've only seen 1 of them at a time.

I waited around about 45 minutes for these two patterns with no luck, then decided to log out and check back later. Over the next 2 hours or so I bought 2 of these and 3 recipes for Shadowskin Gloves (it was in the early morning).

I pick these up regularly to sell at AH I have seen both spawn at same time although rare While in booty bay got by the tan your hide leather works and pick up the murlock pattern it also spawns and may not always be there

was camping this for HOURS. 3 or 4, I'm not sure actually, since I did sth else during that time. got four shadowskin gloves until I saw this one the first time. if you're trying to camp this, either prais the god of RNG and luck, or bring some patience. it WILL spawn, it just takes a lot of time.
