This has a unique limit of 20 and turns you into an imp for 10 seconds. You are able to keep drinking these if you have them in your inventory, but unfortunately the effect doesn't stack. If timed right they could be consumed in succession to get about three minute's worth of being an imp. This is probably just an item for fun, but it's always possible that this is part of a wow-secret.
