These reduce the cd of black ox brew and fortifying brew, in addition to the cd of ironskin/purifying brew.

While scaling exceptionally well with multiple targets, they can still provide a solid benefit against a fast attacking single target. However, against bosses such as Star Augur or Krosus (nothing to dodge/miss till last phase for the former, and slow/infrequent melee attacks for the latter), you may want to try another legendary, if you have access to one.
