Runes*Charms were items carried around in Diablo 2 to provide your character with extra stats like trinkets.

Unlike trinkets in WoW they did not have their own item slots so instead they just took up space.
As you can see above:
"Stalwart's Grand Charm

~~Increases Armor by 5000~~."
Edit: Now says "150"
Are they trying to rebalance it? That means it actually does what it says!

Doesn't look like a consumable or equipable.

*Runes were gem-like items that went into sockets, but did something special depending on how you combined them. I had a brainfart

I would assume this gives you +150 armor as long as it's in your inventory just as similar items do in Diablo II.

Similar items include:
生命的小型护身符
惯性的小型护身符
毒蛇之超大型护身符
健壮之超大型护身符
力量的大型护身符
敏捷的大型护身符

Can be loot on 财宝地精 while the event 暗黑破坏神二十周年 is active.

This actually does increase your stats. Deleted this item, and noticed my armor dropped by 56. Not sure if they work everywhere, or if they are restricted to the Underbelly on though.
