It costs 200 gold and is absolutely useless as far as I can tell. I purchased it thinking I could "read" it, but nope lol. If anyone knows anything about it please correct me! I'd love something like this to be useful in some way, the new (Legion) class weapons could very much tie in with something like this old gem.

I saw this just as the boat came. Of course I bought it since I didn't want to miss the boat or a possible thing I wanted. 200g down the drain. Oh well.

Thanks guys for warning me on this thing! I was honestly taken a little back because these items have artifact quality, requires level 110 and are class specifics but I remember doing every single class hall and artifact quest and never heard about these books. Thank you again

I am buying all of 忧郁的罗莎's books on appropriate characters with no regrets.
Sure, the books costs 200 gold each and have no actual uses, but it holds a historical value as a reminder of the Legion content we never got. You never know when Blizzard decides to remove the vendor or remove her current stock, making these books unobtainable.
