This item is as indicated used in the repeatable reputation quests for the Argent dawn in Western plaguelands. They do not stack, so bring healthy amounts of bagspace in addition to the runecloth and the undead drop components.

Most importantly though (cost me a good 10g) this item does not last for more than 30 minutes, it then dissappears from your backpack. The item has no counter attached to it or text explaining this. The vendor though cleary says that the quickener does not last long.

This is one of the best ways to quickly gain Reputation with Argent Dawn, especially at Reveared sence you don't get hardly any reputation from instances anymore.

I have enough runecloth and ectoplasm now to do 130 hand-ins.. these items don't stack -_- the from the cauldron back to this npc takes at least 5 minutes... for god sake blizz.

It costs 40s if i'm at Honored reputation.

Much cheaper.

These quests do not count toward your Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms / Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms achievement.
