This item is supposed to instantly complete an in-progress ship at the Shipyard, but it seems to be a little buggy. Several times I've used it only to have nothing happen except the peons building the ship disappear. No cog cursor appears when hovering over the ship.

If this happens, a /reload should fix it and allow you to click the ship to launch it.

I had purchased this item prematurely.. To use it, you must first complete the chain ending with All Hands on Deck.. and then a couple of more small quests at the Shipyard. You can then use this item with quest Ship Shape.
