On-use heal has a 1 minute cooldown, and shares cooldown with potions and healthstones.

One of the new heirloom necklaces added with 6.1. It is currently sold by 艾斯特蕾·根德瑞 (H) and 克罗姆·粗臂 (A) for 700g. The healing effect scales with level and shares CD with healing potions and 治疗石s.

Both vendors sell all the old Justice Point and heirlooms, all the new necklaces and the new upgrading tokens:
- Chests: 500g
- Shoulders: 500g
- Necklaces: 700g
- Trinkets: 700g
- One-Handed weapons: 650g
- Ranged & Two-Handed weapons: 750g
- Shields & Off-Hands: 500g
- 远古传家宝装甲涂层: 1,000g
- 远古传家宝刃鞘: 1,200g
- 传世传家宝装甲涂层: 2,000g
- 传世传家宝刃鞘: 5,000g

Edit: The heirloom prices are no longer affected by faction reputation!

Tooltip states: Heirloom Upgrade Level: 0/2 and has a level 1-60 at start, but no mention of an item that upgrades this to 60-80 and then 80-85 (or 90). Possibly not been implemented yet?

This Item does not share a cooldown with Rejuvenation Potions like 古代活力药水 in case you need some extra healing. A little harder to come by, unless you have an alt alchemist, but worth a little investment.
