I buy these 10 at a time on my Horde toon and get a buddy of mine to by them on the neutral AH for me so I can sell them cross-faction. I can easily sell these for 20g each on the Alliance side. Considering they only cost 25 copper, it's one heck of an investment, even though it is a little time consuming to get them to the Alliance side.

FYI - same is true for the Crocolisk Stew recipe over in Duskwallow Marsh. 20 silver for that one and it is a big seller as well.
