Now this is something that I wish Blizzard would do more often.... out of both of the 1h maces (one Agi, one Str) that dropped in Siege of Orgrimmar, neither of them used this yellow color in any difficulty, they were either red, green or blue. It's nice to see the yellow version make it into the game, and however this is obtained I would recommend anybody who likes the model hold onto it, because it's likely that it'll only be obtainable once.

Not a guaranteed drop, alas. I came away from this rather hard fight with nothing to show for it but a few Apexis Crystals, a Primal Spirit and a sizable repair bill.

I stumbled upon this rare today while doing the daily. Grabbed the rare plus all the adds, wasn't aware they respawned constantly, but dealt with it. Got the mace to drop, it said it had an item upgrade, but remained a 620. The only difference between mine and the one shown here is mine has +37 Speed on it aswell. Not sure what that Stat is since its not listed, but found it to make it unique since I can find others who have that stat aswell.

I have been camping this on both my Paladin and Monk for months now. And it has never dropped the mace after many many kills. Is anyone else getting this item? Am I just that unlucky or do we think this is bugged?
