Does this not count as a toy? I see the horde counterpart grayed out in my toy box but this is nowhere to be found.

..and if not, can we have our good version of the furbolg rod back in that case? this is at least freaking two they have on us now, what happened to being worried about balance with regards to this type of item?

Maybe everyone else who's commenting already knows this... but, this item is useful only for RP purposes.

You get a bubble around you, making you unable to move or cast spells while you're frozen inside it.

Enemies, including players of the opposing faction can still attack you. You can imagine my surprise when I popped this, thinking it'll actually make me untargetable or at least invulnerable, only to die 3 seconds later.

I thought i'd give this a try since it promised "a full refund" if I did not like it....
The descriptive text sounds like its some sort of immunity field that lasts 20 seconds... maybe buying you some time to pop a potion, hearth, move away, something... nope... what it does is STUN THE USER for 20 seconds... you can't do a thing when you activate this... not one thing.

After realizing this thing served no purpose that I could discern, i decided to refund it for a full refund... well Blizzard's idea of a full refund and mine sure are different... oh, I got my 50 Apexis Crystals back all right... but Blizzard kept my 1,000 gold.

This is something that should be sold by Griftah, I think, as something similar to a "pally bubble". It kind of works in reverse (i.e. you can't attack out of it, but things from outside can attack you in it).

Should be noted that if you learn the hordes 永久冰霜精华 you also learn the alliances equivalent 永久时光气泡. However you cant use it but it does count towards the toy master achievement. Me and a friend are racing to get it and we were both on 148, i was doing arch because i still need 3 toys while hes done all his and went on a horde alt and bought the hordes permanent frost essence and got credit for two. sad days when blizzard screw up things for alliance

EDIT: Annnnd toy for legion. Atleast they finally got around to it. If you read this please do the right thing for my reply to this comment below which i did at the start of WOD

Geez, glad I decided to check wowhead before buying this. From the description, it sounded like some kind of drop-combat / immunity thing akin to paladin's bubblehearth.

Hello. This item does have a use, albeit a very VERY niche use. It can be used to stop momentum. I popped disengage, used this in midair and it stopped me in place and I just fell. This could be used to negate knockbacks possibly?

Who am I kidding. Waste of money. Just can't have any good things can we blizzard?

For real..none can see the true value of this object?
this little thing stops ALL horizontal momentum for the duration of the effect and can be canceled(easily paired with a nice aura cancel)

I use it frequently for many reasons, as a break for Aviana's Feather mostly, and secondly to stop ALL knockback effects from bosses in raids including Blackhand's "Massive shattering smash"
Manoroth's Shadowforce(and is empowered form)
and the explosion knockbacks from the adds inside the banish plain on Archimonde encounter.
and many others...
Sure most of these can be avoided with skill,but everyone does a mistake now and then,and this little toy gives you the break that you need, 1000g for this is a low price consideing it can be used in future expansions and encounters as well.

If you jump off a height, you still take damage when you land and it doesn't stop your descent.

You can, however, use Divine Shield in the bubble.

You can also sit down in the bubble, which kind of flubs up the idea of it. Time for me is frozen but I can still teabag?
