Interestingly enough, the normal mode version of this trinket (ilvl 665) gives 1 more intellect than the warforged mythic version of Quiescent Runestone (ilvl 691).

A word of warning for those who highly value multistrike (i.e. those who are stacking it on gear and enchants/gems etc.): at max stacks, this gives a LOT of multistrike!

66 multistrike gives 1%, the mythic warforged version (level 701) of this trinket gives 3660 at max stacks, with the 5% bonus for being attuned you get 58.2% multistrike at max stacks. The normal version (level 665) gives 39.7% if multistrike is not your attuned stat.

The reason I posted this is that you may reach, and exceed the hard cap of 100% with other buffs such as 冰冷血脉, so you may need to be mindful of not wasting stats. Using the same example, 45% from Icy Veins plus the 58.2% (max stacks, mythic warforged) a frost mage will get from this trinket, he would be over 100% even with zero multistrike on his gear.

Basically what I am saying is that since this trinket gives SO MUCH multistrike when it is stacked, it could easily put you over 100%, thus losing value.

This trinket also procs from healing. You will need to be in combat though, that's why many think it doens't proc of healing but it does.
Which makes it obviously also a very good trinket for healers who have enough spirit.

I got it from my BRF mission, lucky me :)
