If you've ever wanted to be an add on a world boss fight -- and let's face it, who hasn't? -- then presumably this is the item for you.
The 90% health reduction will be pretty dangerous for one-on-one combat in most places on the Isle...but I anticipate great fun joining an Ordos raid, only to transform halfway through the fight and start picking off your buddies one by one for the glory of the Fire-God.
ALL HAIL ORDOS AND HIS FIERY MIGHT. BURN.
Flag and kill your friends and allies? I LOVE IT!
If I ever obtain this item, I will go to Shattrath (or Hellfire Peninsula) and become the new outland World Boss (or Fel Reaver)
wait this says that you become hostile to everyone it doesnt say that you can make others hostile
You can buy this from
Using this item is a way to obtain
s that you can spend for various goodies, battle pet or even a nice mount at the same vendor.
Also worth to mention that if you group up into a party or even raid, members with the buff will be friendly for eachother and you will be able to heal / buff / assist group members so
you can play as team
Here is what this item/buff will do to you:
(will update all the way to Live)
You Become Hostile to
Both Horde and Alliance Players
Celestial Court guards
Your own factions Flight Master
You Become Friendly to
Other players using this item
Using the item perma flags you for PVP while you have its 1 hour buff. Trying to disable PVP will not work, even if you try to disable it manually.
You can not right click off the 1 hour debuff. You must die or leave the island by Teleporting to lose it.
Do not use this item on the PTR while wearing any PvP Power gear. There is a bug that makes you take more damage and get killed from it.
Once the item is used, you're safe to reequip your PvP gear. (Other people on the PTR have reported that they've had to completely strip, but I've been fine just wearing PvE gear when using.)
If you are grouped up with someone, they can drop a feast which you can eat to heal up after losing 90% health. You can't invite players from your faction once the item is used.(##RESPBREAK##)2##DELIM##perculia##DELIM##
This is such an troll item that you actually have to change your race if not already troll.
"The Darkwraiths of Kaathe use this orb to seek humanity and plunge further into dark. Perhaps they are more human than we?"
No longer make's the mobs on the island neutral to you :( No more free roaming.
So I have a question about this item. That 90% health you lose, is it just damage that you can heal back or are you forced to run around at 10% health?
Another question is if there's any diminishing returns on the coins? IE. Can I get a friend and we take turns killing each other at the graveyard farming up coins for each other?
A friend and I have found possibly the best way to farm Bloody Coins. Both you and your friend will need the Censer of Eternal Agony (
), the Fire-Watcher's Oath (
) and a Cauterizing Core (
The Fire-Watcher's Oath you'll need 50 Bloody Coins to buy, so farm a little bit then buy it from the same guy you get the Censer from.
The Cauterizing Core you can sometimes loot form the Molten Guardians (
) that you can easily find around the Timeless Isle.
Once you and your friend have have all three items, let the farming begin! One of you use the Censer of Happy fun times and the Fire-Watchers oath. The other guy will use the Core and flag themselves. The Cauterizing Core acts like an endless Soul Stone, when you use the core one charge (out of 20) is used and will give you a buff lasting one hour. As long as that buff is up the player will be able to rez right on the spot with 20% health and mana.
All the technical gibberish aside, you'll basically be farming your friends ass non stop. Your buddy just has to hit the "Use Core" button to the right of the "Release Spirit" every time he died, not to hard! If you use the Fire-Watcher's Oath this process can almost go twice as fast but to the fact that you can occasionally get two Bloody Coins instead of one.
Both my friend and I were able to get 600 Bloody Coins for both the Ashhide Mushan Beast (
) and the Vengeful Porcupette (
) in very little time. We just sat at some random place on the ilse void of other people who would want to gank us (Alliance...) and farmed our own asses off, literally!
My question is does this mean you can attack players who don't want to pvp?
okay how about the neutral npcs Celestial Guards on the island. On a pvp server, I find that if someone with this item (Censer of Eternal Agony) is standing near a Celestial Guard, and someone attacks them without the item, the Celestial Guard attacks the attacker. But if the person with the item attacks the other who doesn't have the item, the Guards don't move. Does this happen for anyone else?
I see in the tooltip that using this item makes you hostile to all players, but does it make players of your same faction hostile to you on PVP servers? Can you pop the censer, lay on hands, and gank players of the same faction or do they have to attack you first?
farm a single player/alt over and over again for bloody coins in a short period of time thanks to the 10 min debuff
For those who cant see what the spell does, here ya go:
Sacrificed to Ordos
Does not grant Bloody Coins.
10 minutes remaining
YOU CANNOT LOOT ANYTHING WHILE THIS BUFF IS ON.
this is not consumed when used
Remember that feeling in your chest as you unlock the treasure chest in Booty Bay?
It appears that the Censer only grants Bloody Coins for Killing Blows rather than just regular HKs. It doesn't say this in the tooltip but I am am pretty consistently only getting them for KBs, which has made my acquisition rate absolutely terrible (I've been pvping for a few hours and only have, um, five).
Price is now showing as 1000 coins
Players using the item have their faction changed to Ordos, so they appear as friendly to each other. I used a second account to buy the censer, then intended to farm my alts. They just need to be flagged for PvP. Did it at the Ordos Santuary GY to save running about.
Problem is, the debuff is game time, not real time, so I couldn't rotate my alts for multiple kills every 10 minutes.
Reminds me a bit of Demon's Souls/Dark Souls, the red phantom glow buff you get....
So I'm a bit at a loss and if anybody could clarify it would be much appreciated. Is this item working as intended? Are we only able to get Bloody Coins with killing blows? If that wasnt the case and all we had to do was kill the opposing player, everyone would have the mount already. Seems to me like killing blows is what they intended.
Which leads me to this question. When you buy
for 50 Bloody Coins and you use it, do you only get coins from killing blows or does it give you a coin for every HK?
Best item in game.
The amount of angry whispers you get after killing people is the best thing i have experianced in WoW.
Cannot use the common island buffs such as:
Can use flasks, and the nutriment around the island.
Will remove the other buffs from you and prevent them from being reapplied, including the shrine buffs.
can cover up the effect somewhat.
- This will make the Celestial Guards hostile to you. Do not use at the Celestial Court thinking you will be safe while you heal up.
- Even the guards at your own faction's flight point will become hostile if you attack a player of your own faction.
- You lose 90% of your maximum health. Using while under 90% will kill you and lose the cooldown on the item.
- You do not seem to get bloody coins while in a raid group (needs confirmation).
*Edited for clarity.
Also I don't know why this was down voted when comments with the same information posted a day later were up voted.
Eternal Warrior's Sigil
is great for restoring your health when activating this.
Words cannot describe how much fun this item is as a rogue, even on a pve server.
Was going to try to use this as "protection" while farming rep for Emperor but neither me nor my group members earned rep for killing the Yaungol mobs.
Using this item does 90% of your max health in damage, so if you have <90% health you will die instantly. It also flags you as hostile to the guards, and you will die instantly. If you are horde on Arthas the 8 million other horde on the Isle will attack you and you will die instantly.
This item is a lot of fun to use in game. Really adds a novel twist to world pvp. A word of warning though: there will be people from your own faction who will take being killed personally. As a result I've received a lot of very nasty messages from other players. So be prepared for that before you go on an Ordos-ordained killing spree.
The first time you use this item you will receive an achievement. Which will pop up on other people's chat logs, letting everyone in the radius know you are low on health and easy pickings.
Needless to say, don't make your first use be at the Huolon crowd.
"Censer of Eternal Agony", huh?
Based on the amount of rage it has invoked both in game and on WoW related forums, it's certainly living up to its namesake.
As a warlock, I use this along with
for 15 minutes of unstoppable ganking. I just stay in the water and attack people. Melee classes can't catch you, and if it starts to go downhill against another caster, it's easy to run away.
The good, the bad, the ugly about bloody coins and the censer
First off, on
actually getting bloody coins
: Incredibly frustrating and stressful.
Coins seem to only be granted on
killing blow - however
, the game is rather stingy about that. I have been in groups of 5 people in gank-squads, we've attacked people while all having the buff, killed the target without any enemy mobs, fall damage, or other players present, and simply not have the victim obtain the debuff that they were sacrificed to ordos - and
no one gets a coin
So, in short, it seems to require killing blows - but
doesn't always grant blood coins on killing blows
. If it gives an edge to melee killing blows and not ranged, I am uncertain.
Anything can interfere
with a killing blow - cauterize damage, falling damage, a random mob, etc. To get a coin, you must have a killing blow. Even if you do get a killing blow, sometimes you will not get a coin.
I seem to get a coin 100% of the time if there is absolutely no intervention from anyone else - such as if I attack an afk player. But if one other person touched them once when they had more than half their health, I may or may not get a blood coin, even if I landed the killing blow. I have yet to detect some sort of pattern from this.
I have observed this on both dishing and and victim's end -
I was KB'd by a buffed player and did NOT obtain the ordos debuff. From both the position of the victim and the attacker, this has happened on several occasions
This is, needless to say, already incredibly frustrating - even for a damage-dealing class or high-end pvper. Basically, whoever has the best execution moves or sneaks in the last hit when playing in a group will rake in the most kills - that is assuming there is not a bug, or some other required mechanic that I have not yet discovered, that is coming into play - and that's not even considering if you're a healer, you'll have a much more hellish time than I have as a DK.
Frankly I find this very unfair and I want them to change it to credit based on honor kills, not killing blows. I would be happy with the prices on items being raised accordingly if it meant players that are not execution specialists / healers could be treated fairly - and my mains are dk and warlock, neither of which heal, so no shouting "get skil ppv nub" at me.
It seems to me, that calculated "trades" of bloody coins may be more effective than farming, even for skilled pvpers that are ganking and preying upon easy targets, simply because of the system's buggy state / arbitrary judgement of what deserves a coin and what doesn't. I am left without position to condemn such trades as bad or exploitative given the obvious unfairness given to healers and the lack of fairness I feel I have received given the amount of effort I have put into pvping, compared to the coins I have been given as a result.
the censer of misunderstanding
You do NOT take a permanent 90% health reduction
. It only -does damage- equivalent to 90% of your total health, meaning that to obtain the ordos blessing, you must use the item, then be out of combat long enough to heal. You
DO NOT obtain a health reduction, it simply does temporary damage
that you can heal right after. This is to prevent you from happening across players while you have the benefit of not being hostile to your own faction and switching the buff on mid-fight, and killing them. Find a private spot, do the long cast time, eat food or heal yourself.
On the mechanics of the censer buff
You may have considered the benefit of finding one of the god-blessing shrines for use in pvp, considering they offer massive bonuses such as a flat 15% damage increase and similar benefits. Using the censer seems to remove several island-based buffs, including the god-blessing buffs. While I could reapply buffs from the books, each time I used a shrine while under the censer buff, the shrine gave me a "corrupted by ordos" error message - it seems you cannot utilize the shrine buffs when under the effects of the censer. That or I have simply been unusually unfortunate.
On the mechanics of the censer buff, part 2
I can confirm that you can also not use the unique spells related to the "timeless legends" achievement with the censer buff - I tested collecting one with the buff on, and having one then triggering the censer buff. Switching the censer buff on cancelled the buff that granted the spell, and while I received the buff when I looted one of the items, and got achievement credit, the buff was cancelled almost instantly. As such I can now confirm the censer buff cannot be used in conjunction with the unique spell buffs.
You will want to farm the altars of ordos for black ash, as that will be very helpful when you're not ganking someone that is low health fighting a mob. Among rares to prioritize, if you wish to farm bloody coins, faintly glowing herbs from the leafy guy is probably your best target, as these two items will be very useful in pvp.
So biased for stealth classes it makes me vomit..
For people on PvE servers who have PvP toggled off, are they still able to be attacked by players under the effect of this? Or do the people using this item just have to hope they find people who have PvP toggled on? Can you be attacked by your own faction if you have PvP off? Sorry for all the questions, just super tired of being power ganked by multiple 25+ people raid groups, even if I have the debuff.
If you are using this item please dont gank while ppl are killing rares 3 times have been ganked while killing rares 1 of which spawns 1 aday AND NO CREDIT TO THE ACHIEVEMENT yes that player did get a whisper from me.... yes I also use this item my self but find the coins to be buggy I haven't grouped up yet and have got killing blows but no coins mainly when killing mages
Worst idea ever... since im not interested in PvP at all and kinda forced to play on PvP realm... Atleast its possible now to release anger on all those smart ass rogues stabbing you in the back...
As a means to at least feel like I'm doing something, I put all coin gankers on my ignore list. They are basically no longer alliance members to me.
How to fix PvP faction imbalance in a jiffy.? Add items like this to the game ^_^
Worst item ever added. Blizzard should make it so that when you have the debuff you CANNOT be killed, at all. Atm Not one player in censer groups gives a single !@#$ if you have debuff or not, they will slay you regardless, like the mindless idiots they are. Yes, rant comment, but this item seriously is just not any fun at all. I've seen groups disband, huolon and other rare mob kills ruined because these griefers. Tell me, is that the way to succesfully keep players from leaving in a game with decreasing subs?
There is a way to remove the
buff from yourself (if you don't want to be hostile to other players anymore): you cannot simply right click on the buff to cancel it but if you fly far away from the island into fatigue zone, at some point it will be removed from you. I know that it works if you fly towards Jade Forest, it probably works all around the isle. Of course if you die or completely leave the island it will also be removed from you.
Edit: I'm talking about the buff you get when you use
, not the debuff you get when you get killed by someone using this item.
If you use an
, you do not get a reputation.
Such a terrible design... i come to wow to relax not to get kill by some teenage hormone overflowing #$%^&*bag... At least when i have a debuff they should give me a break...
I don't udnerstant why is it even possible to kill players with debuff. If blizzard want to add some world pvp they should made another zone just for this purpose and for those who care for PVP and not mix PVP and PVE on the same place.
And for those saying i shouldnt be on PVP server. I was promised only to be attacked by opposite faction... this is not what i signed up for!
Using the Censer of Eternal Agony allows you to see the custom emotes of any other characters under the Censer buff -
regardless of faction.
Not sure if anyone mentioned that here yet, but I noticed that your totems become somewhat similar to tauren shaman totems while under the censer's effects. I am a draenei shaman and was surprised when actually looked at my totems.
It takes me a good 5 minutes to kill elites as a resto druid. Twice in a period of about 20 minutes I have been killed by this when my target is down to less than 5% health. Please stop doing this.
As a healer, I had to pick and choose battles very carefully, so I mostly ganked the afk people coming in on the flightpath (or graveyard respawn afk's). It's a small consolation that many of the people I killed this way never even realized it. Using this method, I acquired my 500 coins in only 4 days. (Other viable tactics I tried include ganking Celestial groups and/or grouping up with other censers.)
Also, you'd be surprised how far you can get just by being humble/nice to people and potentially asking via a whisper if they wish to donate a coin. I tried not to be a complete !@#$ while using the censer, and I often initiated whisper conversations to people, especially with people against whom I know I couldn't win. Sometimes they'd agree to leave me alone, sometimes they'd agree to donate a coin. I happily took whatever I could get.
I've read that they have buffed the coin droprate from the Fire-Watcher's Oath to about 30%. I used it in a few battlegrounds and gained 6 Bloody Coins from 25 KB's this way. Alternately, you can use the Fire-Watcher's Oath while censing on the Timeless Isle for a chance at 2 coins per kill. BTW, always sell the Fire-Watcher's Oath back to the vendor after each use to get your 50 bloody coins back. :)
It is possible to get this on a low level twink. Even level 1.
The daily pet battle
. While to gold and XP reward for the quest scales down with level the 500
are still awarded.
So, it would only take a few days to get the item and be a confusing nuisance.
Alternately, if you attack any rare when they are engaged. Even when not grouped, you get the tag and can loot the rare. Including Timeless Epics.
Ok, so I have this on my level 40. She can use it and she does become a Emissary of Ordos.
My goal is to get 20 coins but unfortunately my plan to farm a level 2 toon failed. She is not getting credit for killing the level 2.
It may be tied to a level requirement that grants experience or honor.
Or it may be that the coins are not awarded to low level players.
I am still trying to determine which.
Edit: Hotfix (2013-10-02): "Bloody Coins are now only awarded from defeating Level-90 players."
So that explains it.
So, now to transfer a level 90 alt to another account.....
There is a glitch for this item, where if you are a DK and you put up your frost aura, a square of snow will form above your head.
The buff that this item gives your character has recently been hotfixed as of 5.4.2:
**Players under the effects of the Censer of Eternal Agony no longer gain Blood Coins for defeating players in their party or raid.**
It's worth noting the wording here makes it seem as though you can still attack and kill players without the buff in your raid or party, so you could still join a party or raid who are too busy fighting something and use it to set a few kills up by leaving the group before you kill them, but still get credit for rares / bosses when the die...
This thing is FULL of bugs from my experience. It says you are "hostile" to all players but only a small fraction (roughly 10%) have nameplates making them attackable. However, when I used it as a member of a rep group and a raid group, most of the other group members have attackable nameplates.
It seems to me the best time to farm coins and when you are killing a rare with a bunch of other players (whether or not you're in a group is irrelevant here)..i'm sorry rofl but it's true the nameplates pop up like crazy
It allows me to loot without issues - the ONLY exception was when I used an
(highly recommended btw) and died. I had 43 minutes remaining on my buff..the effects did NOT persist through death. I than proceeded to kill cinderfall without the buff and was unable to loot!
I'm going to be experimenting a bit more. I like to use my hunter camo with it because it is 100% unoticeable, as it was when I consumed the Elixir of Wandering Spirits.
Update: today i used the Censer of Eternal Agony with the Gleaming Crane Statue, and landed on the roof on top of the bridge. I got stuck so I disengaged and tried to use a
to avoid the deathfall..anyways I died and the 57 minutes remaining disappeared, but I was still flagged for PVP without a time limit..I was able to loot in this case and my PVP flag disappeared a few minutes later
also, a moment ago i used my censer at full health and it killed me! the effects did not persist through death although i was flagged for pvp for 5 minutes..i had just left wintergrasp (some people still go there occasionally)
i did another test with a player of my faction, we both used the censer, put pvp gear, left group, regrouped, killed beasts, nothing allowed us to attack one another UNTIL one of us died.
2/9/14: used censer at full health, it killed me, did not persist through death or remain flagged for pvp..
People have reported me that when they PvP near the court they lose celestial rep by killing the guards but when your
buff is active you will neither get nor lose rep for killing things.
Since no one else seems to have posted anything about this: YES you can kill your other characters on your other accounts if you have more than one EVEN if they are both connected to the same battle.net account.
I was wondering if the
debuff prevented all earning of
s, or if
would still allow a person to gain them.
To test this, I did the following:
Enlisted a willing guinea pig, and had them flag. (We were the same faction, PvE server)
, killed them, and received a
The person rezzed as I then used
I killed the person (now with
and received another
I'm not sure how helpful this is to most people, but as I was curious, I decided to post it in case others found it useful.
I feel a bit sad when killing everyone.
Good news: If you're tired of getting ganked on your PVP server and having to pay a ton for repairs while farming Timeless Coins and Epoch Stones, you can simply buy this for 1000 coins, heal yourself up, and let people know you're not intending to PVP.
Bad news: People who gank tend to be huge %^&*!@#s no matter what, so they may dismiss their buff and stalk you anyway and make farming impossible.
As of 6/10 the censer has an hour cooldown instead of ten minutes.
It wasn't announced in the hotfix/patch notes, so right now it's uncertain if this is intended.
ETA: Given that they are fixing bugs that circumvent this, it seems it was absolutely intended to function this way.
It has been nerfed today, 1hr cooldown up from 10min.
as of last patch it is a hour cooldown instead of 10min
As I write this, I'm experimenting with both Censer and the Fire-Watcher's Oath.
They have both been changed; Censer has been nerfed to have a one hour cooldown from a ten minute one and the Oath now has a 10 minute cooldown with the duration unchanged on both items.
Bad news for farmers (such as myself) still working their way towards titles etc. As any semi successful BC farmer will tell you, you get ganged up on pretty quickly on the isle. It's also quite easy to get overwhelmed by adds during an intense fight and even fights against LFR geared alts can turn sour if they have themselves the powerful island buffs (food, statues and item buffs). Throw in competition with other farmers and you're looking at an even
The Oath was inferior to the censer in almost every way; it only lets you kill opposing faction players; useless on certain servers. You could use it in levelling areas previously but they have hotfixed the way you could shapeshift with the buff up and fly / mount - it now cancels the buff when you attempt this. As a bg item, 10 minute cd on an item that cancels on death and one that doesn't let you mount up is just as infuriatingly slow.
Blizzard's reason for changing the items was that most players on Timeless Isle are farmers and alts now.
......except for the people that come to farm rares etc?
This item got nerfed to a 1hr cooldown but now
only costs 100
which used to cost 50
, only has a 10 min CD and has a 100% chance to drop
Other players still have to flag before you can kill them using the censer.
I thought it would be a license to gank when I bought it and was sorely disappointed.
Today I bought this item along with the
on my lvl 10 character. As the
s are really easy to farm from rare mobs you can easily buy these items at any lvl aslong as you're able to get to the Timeless Isle. I had a friend take me on his 2-seat flying mount to the flight path at the isle. The hard part is getting to the vendor as there are tons of mobs roaming the isle. Most mobs aggro from far distances but you can always "res-run" meaning you move as far ahead from your corpse as you possible can when you res in order to get further. You will die several times at a low lvl while you can survive fairly alright at a higher lvl. You can bring a friend with you to clear the road ahead of you but there will nearly always be atleast one mob aggroing to kill you. Once you reach the vendor, grab the two items quickly, both of them can be used at lvl 1
and will give you
s, although, only the
will be an efficient way to earn
s under lvl 90 because of the fact that you will only be able to earn
s while being on the isle with
can be used anywhere.
I haven't tested either of them in pvp yet but I'm sure they will work as intended no matter the lvl you are.
I have now tested the
and it seems they removed the ability to get
s from players under lvl 90.
Before you head to the vendor, make sure you got atleast 1100x
s and the
s. If you got any questions about how this works just reply to the comment bellow and I will answer your questions as soon as possible aslong as I'm able to answer them.
Edit: It seems you can only earn
s by killing lvl 90+ players with the new Hotfix, I'm really disappointed by this as it would be better if the
s would drop off of players yielding honor points rather than restrict it to lvl 90s+. I hope Blizzard will fix it and make it abliable for anyone, even those under lvl 90.
(Edit) coins are no longer nerfed. they have been buffed in a way that makes everyone happy.
The censer and the oath.
The censer is now a 1h cooldown but has otherwise remained unchanged. The oath can now be used anywhere but ONLY on the opposing faction. (Unless you are on the isle and using both items- then it will work on your faction.)
UPDATE! the drop chance has been hotfixed to 100% and has no real cd. thank god.
Obtaining and cost updates
You can get all bloody coin related items from a vendor up on a hill just past huolon’s spawn point. The censer cost 1k timeless coins and the oath now cost 100 timeless coins. No other items have been adjusted in price.
Farming: where are your gods now?
Sadly healers have the short end of the stick right now. blizz is considering changing the farm to better include healers and balance things for everyone but I would not hold your breath.
UPDATE! the oath now has a 100% drop! this is now the best way to farm. go do some bgs or just spawn camp a friend y the gy.
Pve realm vrs pvp realm:
Some of us are just peaceful mount farmers who made our homes of pve severs. This will now come back to bite us. You can play really dirty if you want and stand in front of mobs and trick melee into hitting you but this is both slow and rude. I would instead highly recommend you ask a friend to invite you to a pvp server. Don’t have a pvp friend? Go to a low/medium pop pvp server on a level one (you may want to avoid high pop servers since they tend to have really good gear) and just ask around in trade for someone who is willing to invite your main to the server. Once you are in the group they can log out and let you do your thing. I bribed someone with a few battle pets and went from getting about 4 coins an hour on a pve server to about 20-30 coins on a pvp server.
Factions: to kill or not to kill
You can kill both factions but that doesn’t mean you should. It’s up to you to decide what perks and troubles you want to live with. If you kill both factions you get double the coins and double the angry players hunting you down. Big risk, big rewards. If you only kill the opposing faction you can sometimes seek assistance from other players at the cost of potential coins from your own faction’s poorly geared players. Make a macro saying something like “I am only killing ally, I’m not killing horde! Don’t kill me!” to spam in dire situations. be vocal and regularly alert newcomers to the island that you are only farming one faction and would appreciate being left alone, explaining how long the cooldown on your censer is. Help out your faction if they are in a tight spot and show them you are friendly. This will help make it a little safer for you to recuperate by the flight path.
Also don’t be afraid to just…you know…ASK players if they wouldn’t mind giving you a free kill. Some of them are really friendly.
While the buff for this item is active, you get no reputation gains for killing Ordos mobs. So, you can't work on rep while waiting for players to kill. To make matters worse, you can't cancel the buff given by he censer by right-clicking the icon; you have to die (which you can do by walking close to the guards, which will now aggro you).
You can no longer reset its CD by joining an arena game.
I have two accounts (one for my wife, but she nearly never plays) and two notebook computers. On Timeless Isle if both, the Censer and the Oath are active, I can kill one of my wife's character on her account in every 10 minutes for 2 coins while watching football World Cup on TV. This is 12 coins in one hour, 24 during one football game.
If you want to revenge an ally guy, which is harvesting your ore - use it.
Using this makes Jeeves neutral and uninteractable :(
This is available in the Toy Box in WoD Beta.
Make sure you have full health before you use this item as it can kill you (you won't take durability damage though). A...uh...friend of mine...erm....told me that it happened to him.
As of 6.0,
doesn't stack with
When using Censer first and then Oath, the Oath buff removes/replaces the Censer buff - and the other way around if Oath is used first.
As of 6.0.2, this is no longer part of the toy box apparently.
Is this item meant to be a toy now? 6.0.2?
Though this item is classified as a Toy here, that doesn't seem to be the case in 6.0.2.
As of patch 6.0.2, this item is not listed as a Toy ingame and does not go into the Toy Box.
As someone who supports comradery and friendliness between allies, this item is hard for me to want to use on fellow horde. Of course there's always those happy to stick it to everyone, I just really don't like the chances of cutting some possible ties due to someone holding a petty grudge over it.
Apparently this can be used in Ashran.
Someone asked about this further down and it wasn't answered. I can say yes, if you are minding your own business and just doing your thing on a pve server, which I joined because I SUCK at pvp and I hate it, they can kill you even if you aren't flagged. REALLY annoying. If you want to pvp fine. I deliberately stay out of it and now I have no choice. Guess with all these excess useless coins ppl are bored for something to do.
Sacrificed to Ordos debuff will remain even when logged out. If you're planning to use alts from different accounts, you'll need to be logged in for 10 minutes in order for the debuff to go away.
In other words, trying to kill multiple toons from one account with a toon from another account, is not gonna work. Your best chance is to kill your alt, and wait looged in untill the debuff goes away to kill it again.
This item is becoming a toy in Legion!
Due to the popularity of this tool I have created a Wowhead
! Check it out and feel free to leave suggestions for me in the comments :)
New Toys - Old Items Converting to Toys
I figured it's better now than later to start farming the old items that will be converted to toys in Legion. Who knows if they'll lower drop rates or how heavily they will be camped once they're added to the toybox.
I made myself a Google Sheets document to track all the toys being converted and it has the ability to mark off the item once you've found it. With the filters I can then hide any marked off toys. This has really helped me find and track the long list of items and I wanted to share it with the community. I've heavily cleaned it up for sharing purpose, so feel free to use it as you please!
Follow this link:
Log into a Google account
Click on 'File'
Click on 'Make a copy...'
This will add an editable copy of the spreadsheet to your drive!
Alternatively you can download it as a .xlxs or .ods file, but I haven't checked this for compatibility.
Happy hunting :)
Doesn't seem to work anymore. Popped this on timeless isle on PVE server, still cant attack anyone that isn't opposing faction and PVP flagged (cant kill nonflagged or friendly faction)
