This is the DPS-oriented crafted set, comparable to the Netherweave set in BC. Most of the items are slighlty better than level 70 blues, but not as good as items from Kara, Magister's Terrace, or the like.

For a while the helm and boots were oddly itemized: helm had no spell power whatsoever, and the boots had it intellect spent on hit instead, making them better than Boots of Blasting.

There are also thee piece of "Black Duskweave" that can be subbed in, having better stats but are still part of the set so that you don't risk losing the set bonus (list)

Can anyone with this set confirm that it'd be decent going into heroics, or would you say just invest in instance drops?

Each and every one of the pieces in this set can be placed in their respective slot in the character sheet of your character. Adding a piece of this set to your character will increase intelligence, spellpower and haste.

Due to lack of stamina this set is not recomended for tanking.

the chest, legs and bracers can also be replaced by blue legs (lvl 78 req) instead of these green ones.

Danroe's reply made me laugh! Here's a quote of the post he replied to, before it gets purged. (Not terribly informational, i know ;-).

Edit: Aww another downrating :(. The rating system is harsh. It leaves no room for fun, even if it is at Uniq1338's expense. (although it is mostly just as well =).

This is incorrect, since the pieces require Bolts of Imbued Frostweave, which reqiures 2 bolts of Frostweave and 2 Infinite Dust.
