Cinematic Summary - Spoilers!
In this cinematic, Saurfang reflects on the dishonorable legacy of his past and how Sylvanas in one sense is the true leader of that Horde based on her bloodshed and carnage. Anduin is able to convince him that moving forward, the Horde is worth fighting for and the cinematic concludes with Zek'han, Jaina, and everyone else realizing that Azeroth, not their capital city, is their home. In an act reminiscent of Varian crying "For Azeroth!" at the start of Legion, both Alliance and Horde leaders now make "For Azeroth" their battle cry.
Transcript of cinematic
Saurfang: Anduin, Sylvanas' actions have threatened us all. Day by day, her power grows. If our world is to survive, we must strike while we still can. Meet with me, and we will speak.
Anduin: So few.
Saurfang: How many can you provide?
Anduin: Enough for one final assault. If that fails...we're done. If we end her reign, what kind of warchief will you be?
Saurfang: The Horde are joined at birth to blood. Tainted by corruption. The road that led to the Dark Portal was long and wide. Paved with the bones of innocents. We called it the Path of Glory. That was the great lie upon which the Horde was founded. If anything we did was honorable--Thrall, Vol'jin--they were not the true heirs to Blackhand's bloody legacy. Sylvanas Windrunner IS.
Anduin: No, no, this is the Horde, led by you. Someone that has--
Saurfang: Honor...I've never known honor. They deserve more. The Horde is doomed to be shackled by the chains of the past.
Anduin: The Horde has no exclusive claim to regrets. Arthas, Daelin...The ghosts of the past haunt us as well.
Saurfang: We could not fill the chasm between the Horde and Alliance if we labored a thousand years. You know this.
Anduin: Then what are we fighting for?
Saurfang: Soldiers, on your feet!
Anduin: Start breaking camp, immediately.
Zek'han: Lord Saurfang?
Saurfang: Zek'han, where is our home?
Zek'han: Orgrimmar?
Saurfang: Not our city...our home.
Zek'han: Azeroth.
Anduin: And ours?
Jaina: Azeroth.
Anduin: Right now, there are only two forces in this world that matter. One bent on harming our world...
Saurfang: And one that will protect her!
Zek'han: So, what are we doing?
Saurfang: Breaking the cycle.

Cinematic Summary - Spoilers!
In this cinematic, Saurfang challenges Sylvanas to Mak'gora, a duel of honor to the death. While Saurfang knows he will lose, he symbolically wants to fight Sylvanas in front of the crowds of Orgrimmar. Armed with the weapons of Anduin and Thrall, both weapons with long legacies, Saurfang makes a brave stand against Sylvanas but can barely get a hit in. Sylvanas, in contrast, uses a curved melee blade (Xal'atath?) to instantly wound Saurfang with shadowy slashes.
It's an interesting fight--both are seasoned veterans with iconic styles of combat--Saurfang using his axe to whirlwind, and Sylvanas using ranged attacks and arrows. But here they fight a more symbolic battle of Light vs Shadow. (You're an Orc, Saurfang! Use that Axe for +5 skill, not Anduin's sword!)
When Saurfang finally gets in a hit on Sylvanas, she reveals her true feelings--that the Horde are nothing--and destroys Saurfang in a cloud of purple smoke, before flying away.
While Sylvanas has escaped, the Alliance and Horde end up more unified than before, as even Sylvanas' loyalists who believed her to be fighting for the Horde now hear from her directly that they do not matter.
After you have finished the cinematic, hand in the quest to Jaina Proudmoore, who is next to you.
Accept the quest
胜利的代价
, from Jaina Proudmoore.
Next, fly or walk to Genn Greymane, who is located at the Eastern Exit/Entrance to Orgimmar (The one near Valley of Spirits). Note you cannot fly in Orgrimmar yet, Sylvanas' weapons will try to shoot you down. Explain the events to Genn Greymane, and recall his forces. Return to Jaina Proudmoore and complete the quest.
She will then give you the next quest,
老兵
.
/way 36.27, 64.12 Accept quest from Jaina

/way 36.27, 64.12 Return to Jaina
Speak to Jaina Proudmoore again to receive the quest
老兵
. Then select the option 'Lead on.'. This will start the final cinematic.
Note, this cinematic plays for the Alliance, and Saurfang Loyalist Horde. For Horde, this depends on the choices you made earlier on in the campaign.
Cinematic Summary - Spoilers!
While Saurfang believes his legacy to be dishonorable, thinking of his early history with the Old Horde and orchestrating the assault on Teldrassil, Thrall and Anduin give him a fitting tribute, recalling the honorable deeds in his past. It's reminiscent of Vol'jin's funeral at the start of Legion, except that cinematic had visuals and dialogue emphasizing Sylvanas stepping up to take control, while this one is more about shared remembrance.
Saurfang throughout the "Old Soldier" cinematic was haunted by memories of his son, a hero who fell to the Lich King but was ultimately granted a hero's death. He carried his son's Horde necklace for years, at times feeling unworthy of wearing it. Now, Saurfang has met his honorable warrior's end, just like his son, and wearing the Horde pendant. He rests outside the gates of Orgrimmar he loyally guarded for years.
It's unclear who will lead the Horde now--Thrall once again--but everyone is joined together, kneeling in front of Saurfang.
Cinematic Transcription
Thrall: Varok Saurfang
Thrall: Son of Koruk
Thrall: Supreme Commander of the Might of Kalimdor
Thrall: High Overload of the Horde.
Thrall: He led the charge against the Lich King. He defended our world from the Legion.
Thrall: He defended our world from the Legion.
Thrall: Saurfang inspired all of us to strive for true honor. And his legacy will live on in our deeds.
Anduin: When the Alliance and Horde marched on Ahn'Qiraj, it was Saurfang who valiantly commanded our combined forces.
Anduin: today, his courage saved thousands of lives... on both sides of the battle.
Anduin: His sacrifice will never be forgotten.
Thrall: You have earned your warrior's death, old friend.
Thrall: Now, greet your son... with honor and glory.

Calia: Ah, Jaina. What a relief to see you safe.
Jaina: Hello, Calia. Big Brother.
Derek: Word has spread of what happened at Orgrimmar. Is the war finally over?
Jaina: It will take time for all the pockets of fighting to be quelled but... yes, I believe so.
Calia: Azeroth has seen so many wars, so much strife. I pray we have earned a respite.
Jaina: As do I. Have you been able to find peace in your own heart, Derek?
Derek: I still have some rough seas to sail, but I'm much better now, thanks to Calia. Without her guidance, I would have been truly lost.
Calia: I'm so grateful you brought us together, Jaina. This time with Derek has helped me as much as it's helped him.
Jaina: In this wake of this war, others will need to find their footing. Their future. Perhaps you could guide them, too.
Derek: Maybe they don't need answers. Maybe they just need hope. Like I did.
Jaina: Well said, big brother. Come, let's take a walk. I am so grateful to have you both back in my life.

Sylvanas has struck a bargain with Azshara as part of her plan to master death. It appears that Sylvanas wants us to fight N'Zoth, racking up countless casualties, but she's also not exactly on N'Zoth's side. She wants him to serve Death as well.
Cinematic Transcription
Sylvanas: Ah champion, I wasn't certain you made it out of Orgrimmar. If the traitors know of your service to me, they'd have put you in irons...or worse. Saurfang's ill-considered challenge may have ended the war prematurely, but it doesn't matter now. Countless souls h ave been fed to the hungering darkness. Though I cared nothing for the living, I did pity the Forsaken. For the great injustice that made them what they are. I understand the cruelty of fate better than anyone.
But despite all I taught them, they stubbornly clung to hope. To life. They will learn the truth, along with all the rest.
My bargain with Azshara will yet bear fruit. The armies of Azeroth will fight her master, and he will line their streets with corpses. In the end, he too will serve Death.
Enough reflection. There are preparations to be made. Nothing lasts. When next you see me, you will understand.
After watching the cinematic, you can now hand in
to Sylvanas Windrunner, who is in front of you. You will earn the title and the achievement

War Campaign - Extra Information and Aftermath
During the War Campaign, you may have noticed two Alliance Faction leaders are missing.
Where are Tyrande and Malfurion?
When prompted, Anduin gives us this response:
Where is Tyrande?
She... hasn't responded to my missives since departing for Darkshore. I fear vengeance has consumed her.
While Shandris is present instead as a Night Elf emissary, Tyrande's absence points towards continued skepticism towards the Alliance's new plan for unity. Anduin is not nearly as battle-tested as Tyrande--he's a young king speculating that Tyrande is too vengeful mere months after her capital was destroyed and most Night Elves murdered.
Malfurion may be with her, likely mending his wounds from Darkshore.

After the completion of the War Campaign, many NPCs across Orgrimmar now have some different dialogue. Some NPCs new dialogue depends if you are a Saurfang or Horde loyalist. There is a general sense of unrest throughout the city, but also some celebration in remembrance of Saurfang.
You can read all discovered dialogue in our news post.
Some highlights of new dialogue include:
Orgrimmar Grunt and Forsaken Refugee
Orgrimmar Grunt: You must be saddened to see Sylvanas leave.
Forsaken Refugee: Why? Because I'm Forsaken? Did you shed tears for Garrosh because you're an orc?
Orgrimmar Grunt: No... I shed tears because he brought shame to us all.
Forsaken Refugees
Forsaken Refugee: How could Sylvanas abandon us like this?
Forsaken Refugee: She's never been loyal to the Horde.
Forsaken Refugee: No, not the Horde. Us. The forsaken. We're her people.
Forsaken Refugee: Not anymore
Lor'themar
A part of me will always wonder if this would have happened had I acted sooner. If I had confronted Sylvanas in the early days of the war. If Teldrassil hadn't burned.
It is not an easy thing to watch a dear friend tread a dark path, to recognize when they have gone astray. I thought I knew her, and Saurfang has paid the price for my error in judgment.
I have tasked the Farstriders with tracking down both Sylvanas and Nathanos... though I am unsure we can find them at all. They were Farstriders themselves, once.
But I cannot simply stand idle while they are out there. Not anymore.
Zekhan is a fan-favorite character in Battle for Azeroth, starting off as a nameless Shaman zapping the Alliance in the intro cinematic, later becoming a pivotal character that inspired Saurfang and helped him escape in Tides of Vengeance.
Zekhan can be found just outside the Orgrimmar orphanage. He is surrounded by a group of orphans who are paying attention to him.
Horde Orphan: Tell us another story about Saurfang!
Horde Orphan: Wasn't he the strongest orc ever? Nothing could stop him!
Horde Orphan: I heard he was made of iron! Nobody could hurt him!
Zekhan: Okay, okay! Calm down... I be tellin' ya sometin about Saurfang.
Zekhan: Bein' tough an' strong not what makin' him a hero...
Zekhan: ...even if he be da strongest!
Horde Orphan: Hehe!
Zekhan: Saurfang... he be fightin' da good fight, doin' what be right... even when i be easy.
Zekhan: And even when it mean admittin' he been wrong about someting.
Horde Orphan: I'm never wrong about anything!
Zekhan: Hah! I not be sure of dat. But dis be someting ya best remember about Saurfang....
Zekhan: It never be too late ta stand up for what ya believe in. Sometimes da world don't be needin' a perfect hero.
Zekhan: Sometimes we just be needin' an old soldier wit' a good heart.
Zekhan: So, what ya tink about dat?
Horde Orphan: Tell us a story about the monster skeleton demons!
Horde Orphan: YEAH!
Horde Orphan: YEAH!
Horde Orphan: YEAH!
Zekhan: Ah, ya kids...
Thrall can be found on the bridge between the Drag and the Valley of Strength at approximately (52, 65).
He is looking out in the direction of the Valley of Strength.
Talking to Thrall, he says the following in a dialogue box.
Much has changed for the Horde while I was away. But I will do my part to ensure its survival.
Approximately every 30-45 minutes, an event will start near the Western Zeppelin tower in Org (Thunder Bluff / Borean Tundra).
Overlord Geya'rah and a group of Mag'har grunts will begin at the Zeppelin tower and walk towards Thrall on the bridge.
Overlord Geya'rah is the daughter of Durotan and Draka in AU Draenor, making her the equivalent of Thrall, who met these AU versions of his parents in Warlords of Draenor but never revealed his true identity to them. Geya'rah, like Thrall, is an inspirational leader but is prone to outbursts and quick to judge. After escaping from Draenor following Yrel's attacks on Grommash Hold, Geya'rah gratefully accepted Sylvanas' offer to Horde and was one of her few supporters throughout the War Campaign, believing her detractors dishonored the Warchief.
With Sylvanas' proclamation that the Horde means nothing, Geya'rah has realized that Sylvanas did not value honor and never truly fought for the Horde.
Geya'rah briefly interacts with Thrall at the end of her monologue--it's unclear if Thrall knows her true identity, but it could certainly lead to interesting conversations about his parents, the founding of the Horde, and honor.
Overlord Geya'rah: Keep an eye out for any who still obey Sylvanas!
Overlord Geya'rah: And remember the lesson to be learned from her.
Overlord Geya'rah: She was a strong warchief. She did whatever it took to achieve victory.
Overlord Geya'rah: But she fought only for herself, not for the Horde!
Overlord Geya'rah: We were nothing to her! She abandoned her own people!
Overlord Geya'rah: A great leader must have more than strength.
Overlord Geya'rah: They must be true to their people. They must live and die for them!
Overlord Geya'rah: Do not forget this. We will not repeat Sylvanas's mistakes!
As Overlord Geya'rah crosses the bridge with Thrall, they have a short interaction.
Overlord Geya'rah: Go'el.
Thrall: Geya'rah.
After the completion of the War Campaign, many NPCs across Boralus and Stormwind now have some different dialogue. There is a general sense of unrest throughout the cities. Some NPCs are celebrating a hopeful end to hostilities, some are doubting that the war is over.
You can read all discovered dialogue in our news post.
Here are some highlights:
Members of the Alliance - Saurfangs Escape
Honor Hold Mage: My cousin just came back from Durotar. Said that Saurfang challenged Sylvanas to single combat.
Vanguard Battlemage: How he ever escaped from the Stockades is beyond me. The guards keep that place under close watch.
Kirin Tor Emissary: I heard a rumor that King Anduin himself released Saurfang from his cell.
Treasonous Talk
Displaced Gilnean Refugee: That's the second home we lost.
Therum Deepforge: King Anduin's too soft. Answerin' the summons of an orc. Grievin' at a Horde funeral.
Kaita Deepforge: Careful. That kind o' talk borders on treasonous.
Therum Deepforge: And what'll he do about it? Clap me in irons? He'd never.
Kaita Deepforge: He wouldn't. Because he's a good king.
On Tyrande
Night Elf Sentinel (1): I fear for Tyrande. The Night Warrior is fierce, but... can a mortal control such power indefinitely?
Night Elf Sentinel (2): She is the High Priestess of Elune. If anyone can wield the goddess's strength, it is her.
Night Elf Sentinel (1): Perhaps you are right...

Can't see the parts of the Horde campaign if you were a Sylvanas loyalist. Capturing Eitrigg etc.

Anduin thinks Tyrande is too vengeful after only a few months. *eyerolls so hard* OH I'm sorry, was she supposed to throw a huge party and pick flowers and stuff after her home was razed and thousands of her people butchered by an insane zombie? ffs.

Will I be able to get the title in the next patch as well, or is this a temporary achievement reward?

For the Lillian Voss epilogue, there is a follow up quest. She sends you to Tirasfall Glades to meet with Caila Menithil and Derek Proudmore. There they discuss Lillian's involvement in Derek's raising and helping the Night Elves that Sylvannas raised to fight the Battle of Darkshore.

So it seems that as of no, when you get to rescuing baine, you're automatically forced to be on the side of Saurfang from there because all Loyalist quests have vanished entirely from game. Tried a ticket but got politely told to 'deal with it' so I assume it's intended.
