Venthyr Brewmaster Monk Covenant Abilities
Venthyr Monk Class Ability:

The Venthyr Class Ability for Monks of all specializations is
陨落僧众
. Despite the long, somewhat-complicated tooltip, this is the simplest of all the Monk Covenant abilities. It works like this: You use it, adds spawn. They do damage and heal. That’s it. It’s like a third trinket, or a stronger version of
玄牛下凡
. A simple, useful fire and forget cooldown.

is the Conduit that modifies Fallen Order. It increases the damage and healing the adds do. That’s it, and that’s okay.
陨落僧众
has downsides -- namely, it’s boring. It’s so boring. Tuning-wise, it’s not very competitive outside of the opening burst window. It deals a great chunk of initial burst, but the longer cooldown relative to the other Monk Covenant abilities cause it to fall behind in value pretty quickly. In terms of the ability, the adds deal a mixture of single target and AoE damage, so it’s useful in any situation, and it is really easy to use.
Venthyr Signature Ability:

is a simple, effective mobility skill. You probably won’t use it very much while actively tanking, due to the cast time. For moving through damaging effects, or skipping packs in Mythic+, or just quickly moving from point A to point B, it's pretty useful.
Legendary Interactions for Venthyr Brewmaster Monks

doesn't directly interact with your Legendaries.
Venthyr Brewmaster Monk Soulbinds
Venthyr have access, across all classes and specs, to the same three Soulbinds:
Nadjia the Mistblade
,
Theotar the Mad Duke
and
General Draven
. These are the NPCs who accompany you in completing the Revendreth storyline. As you gain Renown with the Venthyr, you gain deeper access to a tree of Soulbind Traits (always-on, game-wide bonuses) and Conduits (semi-customizable bonuses to specific abilities).
This tree progressively unlocks based on completion steps (such as finishing the campaign) and your Renown level with the Venthyr covenant.
Below, we have summarized the optimal route through each Soulbind Tree, and the best Conduits along the way. There is some flexibility at points, with some Soulbind Traits offering two non-throughput, utility-oriented options, or some defensive Conduits being arguably better in some situations than others, and weaker in some situations than others.
Nadjia the Mistblade grants two powerful traits:

grants you an occasional major Haste buff. When you are slamming through little adds that die easily, it can have pretty high uptime. In a normal, boring, single-target encounter, the uptime is not great.

makes your basic combat buffs (food, flask, weapon enchant) 20% more effective. It’s not amazing, but it’s reliable. It forces you to pass up a second Potency Conduit, which is probably not worth the trade-off.
This isn’t the best tree long-term, but it’s a good starter option. That’s great, because it’s the one you get first! At the end of the tree, you have to take a pretty mediocre trait (
漠然困境
) in order to access a second Potency Conduit. Not great.
Here is an ideal setup for this Soulbind Tree:
Theotar the Mad Duke provides a couple of valuable bonuses:

grants a large Mastery proc. It’s simple, but good.

makes you reactively shield players who heal you. It’s not great, but it is polite. It also routes you through a second Potency conduit, which is good.
从容不迫
grants an extra charge of Door of Shadows. Depending on how frequently you will need to move, it can be a very good addition.
高雅味觉
greatly increases the value of your Combat Potions, which can be an excellent increase to your DPS.
This tree starts very strong, but finishes a little weak. It's the best all-around Soulbind for Brewmaster Monks, although General Draven offers more defensive power if you really need it. Here is an ideal setup for this Soulbind Tree:
Picking General Draven grants access to the following notable traits:

provides a powerful, always-on damage reduction effect while your health pool is in the danger zone. It’s arguably the best defensive Soulbind Trait available to tanks in any tree, of any Covenant.
坚守阵地
provides another substantial defensive bonus. Extra Stamina is great for surviving burst damage. The increased healing done is small, but nothing to complain about.
为战而生
is a decent alternative. It doesn’t have the high defensive upside, and it forces you through a Finesse Conduit (you can bypass the other Finesse Conduit higher in the tree to compensate), but 4% extra Agility is okay.
General Draven is the strongest of the three trees defensively by a substantial margin. The primary drawbacks are that he is purely defensive, and he is unlocked last. This means he takes longer to unlock his full tree than the other options, so he’s a late-game choice. Here’s a calculator with the ideal setup:
Best Venthyr Brewmaster Monk Early Soulbind
Theotar the Mad Duke is arguably the best starter Soulbind for Brewmaster Monks, due to the powerful Mastery buff he provides with
抚慰阴影
. It has the very real downside of forcing you to stand within a small area to gain the buff, which can be problem. That being said, when it works, it's great. He has a lot higher upside than Nadjia and her Haste buff.

Fallen Order should be used as much as possible. Use it to maximize damage at the start of pulls, during burn phases, and so on. The greatest strength it has is simplicity.
Don’t overthink it.
暗影之门
It's a teleport with a cast time. Use it to move through mechanics quickly during intermission phases, or if you need to move and all the rest of your mobility skills are on cooldown.

陨落僧众
doesn't have any kind of unusual interactions with gear. Gear exactly the same way you always do: prioritize item level, sockets, Versatility, Critical Strike, and Armor. Mastery is good, but less reliable than the other stats, and Haste is generally the weakest stat -- not worthless, just not all that great.
