Upgrading an item that is Item Level 213 (Rank 10) or higher requires “暗影国度”钥石大师：第一赛季.

Upgrading an item that is Item Level 207 (Rank 8) or higher requires “暗影国度”钥石征服者：第一赛季.

Upgrading an item that is Item Level 200 (Rank 6) or higher requires “暗影国度”钥石探索者：第一赛季.

So the weekly cap starts at 5000 and then scales down to 1500 or should that say 15000?

I don't understand the "5000" weekly cap but "can only hold 1200" before you have to spend it. Can you get 5000, or 1200?

"Each piece of dungeon gear from Item Level 184 to Item Level 220 that is obtained from Mythic 0 will be given a Rank from 1 to 12. This rank will be shown on the tooltip of the item."
Does this mean that only the pieces taken from the Mythic 0 can be upgraded? If I drop a 210 piece from a Mythic 15, can't I upgrade it?

Is the valor system account wide? Like I already have Keystone Master, would I need to do it on every single one of my alts to upgrade to 220 ilvl gear?

Let me try a couple of examples to see if I understand this:

1. During the week of 3/9, let's say I run a mythic+2 and, on 3/16, I visit the Great Vault and I'm awarded a ilvl 200 ring. If I also manage to farm 250 valor, then I will be able to upgrade that ring to ilvl 203 or rank 7 regardless of whether or not I have one of the achievements. (Note that the two statements above seem inconsistent:
Upgrading an item that is Item Level 200 (Rank 6) or higher requires Shadowlands Keystone Explorer: Season One.
Upgrading an item that is Item Level 200 (Rank 6) or lower requires no achievement.)
Shouldn't the first line read:
Upgrading an item that is Item Level 203 (Rank 7) or higher requires Shadowlands Keystone Explorer: Season One.?
2. If, instead, I run a mythic+5 and again on 3/16, I visit the Great Vault and I'm awarded a ilvl 210 ring. Now, even if I acquire 250 valor, I will be unable to upgrade that ring unless I achieve Shadowlands Keystone Conqueror: Season One which requires completing all 8 dungeons on time at mythic+10 or higher. And, even I get this achievement, I will only be able to upgrade the ring to ilvl 213. This seems inconsistent and rather unfair. After all, if I were to complete a single mythic+10 (on time or not), I would get a piece of 220 gear from the Great Vault.

So what's the point of farming valor?

Hypothetical:

Patch drops today and I somehow manage to obtain and spend exactly 5,000 valor points on upgrading gear. I have reached the cap.
Next tuesday, the cap increases by 750. Does that mean next week I only have 750 points to spend, or does the entire pool reset so i'd be able to earn 5750 next week?

I think I know the answer to this, but it seems sad that you can only upgrade what.. a few trinkets and maybe a 1h weapon before reaching cap? This isn't the same as conquest because you only pay the initial price for conquest gear and then upgrades are infinitely obtainable honor..

So am I understanding this correctly in that unless you have keystone achievements already, you can not use the valor upgrade system for ilvl 200+? That seems pretty garbage, kind of like giving tax breaks to the already uber rich. Seems like there's no point in this unless you're already timing high keys.

To upgrade your gear, take it to the same vendor as you would for upgrading Covenant gear and in Oribos to upgrade your PvP gear

It is for Myth+ gear only. Just great :(

So far is 2 ways of gettig 勇气点数:

1. Finish Daily Calling Quest in Your Covenant ( Rare Quest is giving 35 勇气点数, Epic 50 勇气点数 ).
2. Finishing M+ Dungeons is 135 勇气点数 there is no difference what key you finish.

All Items Have 12 Ranks to upgrade them you will have to meet the requirements:

213 Item Level: Requires the Shadowlands Keystone Conqueror achievement – Earned by completing all Shadowlands dungeons at Mythic 10 or higher, within the time limit.

So they changed it so if your KSC u can only go to 210 now ? its just getting better and better ^^

I wonder how high the cap will go from this 5k baseline. Maybe even up to 15k+ when approaching 9.1 patch.

What do I spend my Valor on from my Daily Callings?
I don't do M+(way too toxic/elitist).
Before anyone says "join a guild forehead" My current guild tells me the same as all the others. That is, Pug M+ to gear up THEN maybe you'll get a trial.

Found a bug with this, should be:
KSM: Upgrade 220-226
KSC: Upgrade 213-220
KSE: Upgrade 200-213

Instead for some reason currently its:
KSM: Upgrade 213-220
KSC: Upgrade 207-213
KSE: Upgrade 200-207

Or if they're trying to make raiding worth something
KSM: Upgrade 216-223
KSC: Upgrade 210-216
KSE: Upgrade 200-210
