Night Fae Changes in 9.0.5 for Elemental Shaman

damage increased by 25%, the healing from damage conversion increased to 60% (was 40%) and the heal radius increased to 20 yards (was 12 yards).
Night Fae Elemental Shaman Covenant Abilities
Night Fae Elemental Shaman Class Ability:
法夜输灵
Night Fae Shaman will get
法夜输灵
: a fairly long cooldown ability that draws vitality from your enemies and shares it with your allies!
Use it on cooldown in all situations, as it does the exact same amount of total damage regardless of the number of targets.
We can enhance Fae Transfusion with the
精粹提取
Conduit, which is a simple reduction of the cooldown for Fae Transfusion.
Night Fae Signature Ability:

All Night Fae can use

. It's both a movement speed boost that's slightly stronger than

and a blink of sorts that you can use up to 4 times in 12 seconds.
Elemental traditionally has no issue with maintaining DPS while on the move. However, outside of the Legion expansion where we had Gust of Wind, Elemental has had issues with quickly moving from Point A to Point B quickly. This helps cover that gap in our toolkit nicely!

directly.

Night Fae Soulbinds
All Night Fae players have access to the same three Soulbinds:
Niya
,
Dreamweaver
and
Korayn
. They are the NPCs with whom you complete the zone story, and they allow you to "attune" yourself to them to gain access to a tree of upgrades centered around your base toolkit (through Conduits) and Covenant abilities (through special game-wide traits).
These trees progressively unlock based on completion steps (such as finishing the campaign) and your Renown level with the Night Fae Covenant.
We've summarized the optimal traits for each Soulbind below, along with potential Conduits to use, below. Bear in mind that Finesse conduit choice will largely depend on which encounter you're progressing on, as their value changes dramatically based on the requirements they enforce. Your Endurance conduit however, will more or less always be

as the value of a significant increase in health makes the other options pale in comparison.
Nadjia has 3 DPS traits. One is the first trait available to you, and the other two are in the final row. One can be used alongside your second Potency conduit, while the other requires instead that you give the Potency conduit up.

provides occasional small Mastery buffs that can overlap, and a large number of stacks of that buff at once when you use
法夜输灵
.

, on the final row for Niya, deals damage to an enemy that you interrupt, and lets you pick up your second Potency conduit.

is also on the final row for Niya, and places a dot on an enemy for 6 seconds every 35 seconds (1.75 RPPM) or so. This trait is currently stronger than picking up a second Potency conduit for single-target!
The best choice for single-target, one Potency conduit. For AoE, the second Potency conduit should win out.
An example tree to follow on this Soulbind is as follows:
Dreamweaver has 2 DPS traits. The first trait requires that you avoid one of your Potency conduits, while the second is the final trait available from her.

provides a moderate Versatility buff to yourself and up to 2 allies within 8 yards of you.

gives a Haste buff for a short period of time after you use

so long as you're able to stand still to enjoy it.

provides a potent ability that is akin to a weaker version of

. This absolutely has the potential to save you from any variety of deadly mechanics.

is normally stronger than taking the Potency conduit, which means you'll usually stick with 1 Potency conduit for Dreamweaver.
An example tree to follow on this Soulbind is as follows:
Note that on the second row you can take either the 2nd Endurance conduit or the Finesse conduit depending on what the fight demands.
Korayn has 2 DPS traits, one of which is the very first trait available to you. The second requires that you give up one of your Potency conduits to obtain it.

increases the damage you deal to enemies above 75%, in essence more general version of the Marksmanship Hunter talent

, and helps any off-healing you might do on low hp targets.

gives you a large crit buff when you damage them before you damage them, though it can only proc once per enemy currently. This will likely be very effective for M+ where you'll have the option to proc it far more frequently than in a raid.

On pure single target,

falls behind the second Potency conduit. However, so long as new enemies enter the fray frequently enough to proc it more than once a minute or so it will surge ahead of the Potency conduit.
An example tree to follow on this Soulbind is as follows:
Best Night Fae Elemental Shaman Renown 40 Soulbinds
At maximum Renown the best soulbind will depend on the content that you're doing. If your focus is on single-target damage, then
Niya
will be the soulbind of choice. If your focus is on AoE damage, and new mobs are introduced to the encounter every so often, then
Korayn
will be the soulbind of choice.
When looking to choose between them, there are 3 traits to keep in mind. For Niya, those traits are

. Burrs is stronger, but Poison lets you take a second potency conduit (which is usually

. The easy way to think about choosing between these soulbinds/traits for a given fights is to answer the following questions:
Are there interrupts present throughout the fight that you are responsible for managing, and is the fight primarily single-target? If so, take Niya and select the path that gives you both potency conduits &

Are you dealing damage to new targets frequently enough that

procs around once a minute? If so, take Korayn and select the path that gives you
