To get the stamp for ram quest make sure you have 600 Brewfest Tickets, or else you can get it.

After obtaining 600 Brewfest Prize Tickets, you can purchase the "Honorary Brewer" Hand Stamp from Blix Fixwidget. The "Honorary Brewer" Hand Stamp starts this quest. Simply go to Driz Tumblequickl (as indicated by the Quick Facts) to turn in the quest and earn the right to purchase the following mounts from him:

Brewfest Ram - Level 40 mount (60% Riding Speed, Requires Riding (75)) - 10g
Swift Brewfest Ram - Level 60 mount (100% Riding Speed, Requires Riding (150)) - 100g

You can only earn tickets during the Brewfest event that occurs at the beginning of October.

Apparently, there will be no Ram for horde on the next event, only Kodos... I still have the "Honorary Brewer" Hand Stamp from the previous event, I hope I'll be able to turn the quest an get my ram :s

Check ur bank and inventory again...
If i remember right i had a "Honorary Brewer" Hand Stamp on a character since last year but i can't find it anymore. I guess it was removed... or "expired".

i guess this year u cant obtain the mounts unless u get it from seasonal boss, couse i dont see anything on ventor
