Doesn't seem to sell Restless Satchel of Drake's Awakened Crests anymore. I have over a 100 Whelpling's Crests and no place to use them. And no, I'm not capped on the other Crests.

You need some new items and/or ilv requirements to have it sell it Restless Satchel again. For my part, it was possible after gaining a new neck.

You need an Item-Level of 489+ in every Slot for "Restless Satchel of Drake's Awakened Crests", 502+ for "Restless Satchel of Drake's Awakened Crests" and 515+ for "Satchel of Aspekt's Awakened Crests".
